They used to be good at service and I had given 5 stars. But they suddenly vanished from business and are never seen again till date.

Having problem in payment through Alipay

I purchased the fidelcrest.com challenge and made my payment through Alipay, and after depositing the money and confirming it, I pressed the payment confirmation button, but the Alipay portal did not direct me to Fidelcrest website, and the money was withdrawn from my account. After that I Messaged Fidelcrest tech support and a guy named Juan Guided me and solved my problem right away.

They have a serveLiar, thief is the only characteristic of this companyr that doesn't sync…

They have a server that doesn't sync with any data. Time and time again for example you see 40 pip below your stop last price while at no other broker the price is even close to your area. 40 pip is a big joke. And they don't give you any answer in response. I have the documents related to this claim and even the ticket that I sent to them. They don't give any answer. The online support just wastes your time and disappears. Pay attention, this has happened many times. I have the case, I brought them proof from 10 other brokers that the price is not even close, but you can lower the price as far as you want, their server is designed to scam you.I received an email from Trust Pilot with a link saying that Fidel wants to know about your problem, but the link sent is having a problem and he was not receiving the email and my visit will be deleted. Is this another map >? Because Trust Payload later improves my experience
