Fidel is a TOTAL SCAM. I got funded on 2 accounts back in feb, after the 10 withdrawal days, I requested for a withdrawal they've been lying of servers upgrade since then. I have contacted them frequently, all they say is they dont know how long it will take to finish. Honestly I would just go for the big companies like FTMO or Fundednext, I'd rather pay alittle more and get paid rather than small firms registered in funny countries.. Conclusion, FIDEL IS A TOTAL SCAM!! (I will change this review if my case gets sorted..)

Fidelcrest has gone bankrupt
After just randomly failing my account from one day to another without any explanation and no active trades from my end (I am a swing trader so I not always have active one) and an account in positive, they never replied to my numerous emails and kept saying they had sent emails and notifications that don't even exist. Never a straight answer from support. all lies and deception. Stay away from these scammers.
dont trade with fidelcrest!
They were alsways very slow with accounts but i always got them eventually. finally i got my first real account and started trading and after sometime i got 4% profit (600 dollars) and requested a payout.
They promise me they would pay me out in 5 working days, This was in February!. I had a lot of contact with them but i never got a good answer. Now 3 Months later and they shut everything down. If i contact them now they wont answer me anymore.
I got scammed when i thought this was a legit company. Its disgusting you just dont pay people out and take their hard earned money. I hope i still get my money!
But dont trade with them pay a little more and go to Fundednext for example. I trade with them now and they pay out within 24 hours it great!

1) FidelCrest failed to reply, even after they asked for details on TrustPilot
2) FidelCrest keep trying to close tickets without replying or acknowledging them
3) FidelCrest have failed to refund monies and have provided no evidence for the failed accounts, nor sought to resolve this or address the points raise.
No other words except fraud.

NOTE: I sent the below email to FidelCrest on 19/12/23 and 12/1/24 to give them an opportunity to respond/resolve - they failed to reply (no surprise).
My experience:

I have 2 incorrectly labelled "failed" accounts. I have tried 50+ times to resolve this with FidelCrest over a period of 4 months, but every time, I am fobbed off or ignored. I have used LiveChat and email support along with the risk management team (Dmitry and Soloman). I also sent this statement to FidelCrest before publishing.
Issue 1: EA

Account 1 was labelled as failed because I used an "EA", however after failing an earlier account for using an EA I got permission from Xavier and Dmirty - screen shots attached saying I could use an EA as long as it was "not Martingale, grid or HFT”. I have also sent these to FidelCrest many many times when asked before (including a full complaint to Soloman on 6th Nov 23). FidelCrest refuse to comment on this point - they repeatedly close down the ticket with the message "failed because of EA use” and/or ignore my requests, despite granting permission to use an EA. When I finally got an answer – they told me it was because of HFT usage (no HFT was used). I have asked for evidence but FidelCrest have yet to provide it.
Expected outcome: restore this account to phase 2 (verification). Still not actioned
Issue 2: arbitrage

Account 2 was labelled as failed because of "arbitrage", yet this was exactly the same strategy that passed the first phase of the same account. FidelCrest attempted to explain this by saying the “Risk team wanted to gather more information regarding the software that you are using”, even though FidelCrest gave me permission to use an EA and after I completed their form explaining how the EAs work. It was neither Martingale, Grid or HFT. I had explained I took I took 219 trades in 19 days, so 11 trades a day – this is not HFT. FidelCrest then told me trades had received multiple messages about EAs when in fact I had received one message, dated 23rd Nov, accessed 28/29th Nov by which point I had passed my account. So in summary – I had permission to use and EA as long as it was not Martingale, grid or HFT and did not read the email about EAs until after the account was passed. Later, when I challenged this, FidelCrest resorted to saying it was “Arbitrage”. I asked for this evidence, but they have yet to provide it. They were also unable to explain why they let me continue the account if it breached their T&Cs (except the unethical answer of – they wanted to collect more information)
Expected outcome: restore this account to live phase or worse case, restore to phase 2 (verification). Still not actioned
I am currently considering legal remedies to recover funds FidelCrest took from me.

Absolute disgusting scammers
Absolute disgusting scammers. I had 3x300K accounts with them and they breached me for copy trading. Even though I copied form my personal accounts and that is ALLOWED as per their own rules. I have gone backwards and forwards with customer service reps via email with a long chain which shows how they have lied and misreprested. I will be filing an official complaint!

- i am positive at end of challenge period 1 or 2 of 60 days
- i do not break any rules
- i pass at least 1 trade each month
and I receive an email ( April 2024) which says that I have not respected the rule of 1 trade at least every month which I was able to easily prove and after this they tell me that I have not respected a rule without telling me which one!
(Ok it was after several months, I'm not fast! but unlimited retry is unlimited!)

This looks like the behavior of unreliable people who don't respect their own rules and more importants their Clients !

DO NOT JOIN FIDELCREST !!! I was with them for 3 years. Everything was greattt was paid out over 100k, buttt my 2 last payout (which was 10k each) were delayed for 3 months. It took them 3 months to pay out. Luckily I got paid. Because in the chat with all the fidelcrest traders it was multipleeeeee people waiting to get paid. And after I complained they blocked me in the chat. Also now you can’t even directly talk to a representative like you used to. And it’s still people waiting to be paid out. It’s one trader that is waiting 75 days for a 175$ payout. Go elsewhere!!!! It’s a lot other better prop firms. Join one with a good active discord or telegram family. Good luck traders !!

3 professional accounts - SCAM
Please save your money and go to FTMO or just slowly build your own capital. They will not pay you out.
I have been with Fidelcrest for a while now, love the 2 for 1 offer really good incentive for traders. But I have managed to pass a couple accounts over a large period of time and get hold of some professional accounts. It took me a couple of accounts to there... In January 2024 I started with fresh 60k (professional account) it took a dip but I managed to finally reach profit land. Took me 3 months but it's all about consistency. I always trade of my phone. I have submitted a request to get the cash out for $1200 dollar and my refund... I spent more than this on just getting my funded account ...
It has been over 4 weeks and I get an email stating I have used an EA which I never have. It has taken me years to learn this skill and just to break there rules after spending thousands to get a live account... Feels like the company is not interested in paying people out ... I urge people to stay away... I have tried numerous times to contact support and they keep saying or your ticket will be worked on its in the qué.
Scam project?
I suppose it is scam project. I had challenge account, and it was closed unexpectedly without explanation. After my query, they explained that it was stopped because some trade had no SL and TP, but they can't prove it, because my EA always puts SL and TP. So I don't recommend this firm and wish they be choked with money:)
They are scammers
They do not record their chats. But I have screenshots of 4 months of chatting and scamming me. They think that no one will touch them. With winrate 80%, they closed my account without a single violation and disrespectfully do not give any correct answer. My refund has not been paid for 115 days (in the rules of the site, it says a maximum of 5 working days).

"I want to report a fake propfirm. I purchased a 15k plan from this site and successfully passed phase 1 of the challenge. However, during phase 2, they accused me of breaking the law regarding the forbidden use of a money management expert. I had used that expert during phase 1, and they had confirmed that it was okay to do so. Despite this, they failed my account and stopped responding to my inquiries. Lately they stopped servicing for some unknown reasons. I passed phase 1_2 Challenges but it is 45 days that they refuse to give me the phase 3 account (real account) and also they refuse to refund me. I don't know how can i get my money back and they do not give me clear answer.
