Easy process for claims and fast reimbursement. My pup seems to have a very sensitive stomach and had several bouts of diarrhea requiring visits to the vet. I was afraid they might not cover the repeat visits but thankfully they did! We have her on a sensitive stomach diet now so hopefully no more issues!!! Thank you Fetch !

I realized that the process wasn’t as simple as just changing online, but after receiving Amanda’s help, it really went smoothly. She explained everything so well and had so much patience with me. I receive reasonable updates about the status of any of the claims I have submitted. Fantastic response to get the claims processed. If they need more documentation, they reach out via text and email. Once I have fulfilled the deductible amount and I get refunds, those are processed quickly.
