The person I spoke with was super nice. However, I have coverage on my vehicle, factory coverage. So I didn't need this. I signed up for it with the understanding I would be reimbursed if I changed my... See more

Janie was very professional and took care of my request within minutes
I just joined and I pray all that's needed will be covered in this warranty.. Its great to find Fenix Protect and I will recommend my friends and family!
Have been trying to cancel this policy for 48 hours and first no one answer my phone call on Saturday, and here is Monday and they don’t have a member id (which I was never given at purchase ) and is clueless on how to cancel this subscription. So now they left me no choice but to assume fraud and dispute charges. The letter I received in the mail seemed urgent as if I was about to lose my warranty on my new car with hyundai only to see a tiny print at the bottom of the paper stating that this is a third party and NOT affiliated with my car company. It looked real as it had my car company printed at the top left corner. Everything was done over the phone. Verbal. No signature no email copy of what I just agreed to. Lesson learned. Very misleading. Your company’s logo should present itself in bold at the top of the urgent letter I received in the mail. And to top it off it’s extremely difficult to cancel which to me is also extremely unprofessional and suspicious because your staff has no idea how to cancel instead transferring my call with no answers.
A reply to back; yes after three days of trying to talk to someone my account was finally canceled . Thanks !

They are very honest and up front with pricing. They are patient and caring. Would recommend the company to friends and family.
I decided to use another company instead, but they would not let me cancel the coverage even thouigh it had not gone into effect yet. They did, however, lower my monthly rate. The CSR was courteous and explained why I could not cancel, even though I fell I had that right. I had not signed a contract, it was done verbally over the phone.
There was nothing great about this half ass company!!
Explained each of the offers to us & worked with what we could afford monthly.
Received a "FINAL NOTICE" letter! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

All the services that I had was taken care of and the people that I talk to gave me confident that’s why I’m back with your service.
If you bought a new/used car, make sure to talk to your dealership before "activating" any service from them. They first make it sound as if something is needed to activate your warranty, then say you'll be paying only a down payment.
Whenever you try to cancel, they make offers that severely reduce the price, meaning the first price was never fair. Additionally, it takes forever to cancel, and I still have to receive a confirmation of my cancellation.
Never have I received a policy number or booklet in the mail.
She was really helpful and patient. She anwered all my question being really nice.
Customer care is awesome. The lady who talked with me was so polite.
I was decieved by notice seeing it mandatory requirement and was forced into agreeement and is struggling to cancel it now

I asked why we didn’t take care of this when I bought my new suv and they said the deals always wait. They made it sound like I was totally out of coverage when in fact I am still in full coverage with my dealer AND tricked me into paying them.
