Dybt uprofessionelt

Da jeg i efteråret 2023 fik skiftet til vinterhjul, var en af mine sommerfælge ridset.
Jeg aftaler med FDBS at de skal finde ud af om forsikringen dækker en ny fælg og hvis det ikke er muligt, så få den gamle repareret.
Jeg har kontaktet dem undervejs, hvor jeg er blevet forsikret om at det var igang.
Da jeg så nu, under en uge fra marts 2024, ringer for at høre til min sommerfælg, kan jeg forstå at der intet er sket, siden de modtog den i efteråret.
Nu er meldingen så, citat: “Du kan bare hente din fælg. Jeg er pi… ligeglad”.
Det har jeg så gjort nu og kommer aldrig igen.
