I’ve now had two separate RMA experiences with Fanatec/Corsair, and both were perfect. I had a CSL DD issue during the acquisition transition, and support was surprisingly fast even then. Recently, I had a button issue on my McLaren wheel, and the team (shoutout to Mario and Dory!) sorted it out immediately. I know people talk about the "old days" of long waits, but that hasn't been my experience at all. Quick responses, fast shipping, and great help. Highly recommend!

I did order a CSL DD GT3 bundle with the booster kit and it came two days earlier than estimated even though it said it was on backorder. Everything went well and works very good. The communication on the forums is also top notch. I will definitely purchase more Fanatec products :)

Many people have complained about Fanatec's customer service in the past, so I was shocked by how good they were at assisting me. 700 euros for a wheel that PS5 cannot recognized.
Firmware do not install properly on top of this on PC ! I have lost almost 6 hours to solve something and i am still blocked !
Thanks as well for the bolts that are not included in the pack. You are 2 euros too close to not include some pack of bolts ??

Great support from Chris and Gaurav of my DD+ wheel base replacement. Always polite support. Especially the return of the broken dd+ base, only two months old and thus a warranty case, was very well supported by those guys. The shipment of the new base took 8 working days after Fanatec received the broken dd+ base, which is still acceptable but in my opinion a point of improvement, 3 to 5 working days would be great😉👍

Took a couple of days before getting an intial response but both Gaurav and Chris were very friendly and helpful in dealing with my warranty request and answering questions that I had. Fanatec/Corsair also supplied the shipping label for sending the faulty item back to them, great experience overall.

I had a problem with my Load Cell Kit and contacted the support team. Brandon was incredibly helpful and found a very fair and fast solution for my situation. I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Fanatec support. From the very first contact with B, the response time was incredibly fast and communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process.

I submitted my support request on February 13th through the Fanatec support portal. On February 16th, I already received a reply with a possible solution. Today, February 17th, the case is being closed with a replacement part being sent out for my ClubSport V3 Pedals. Overall, I am very happy with the fast responses and the efficient resolution.

I had the sensor go bad on my CSL clutch pedal, and the support agent, Chris, was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. Once we determined that was the issue, he sent me the affected part for free even though it was out of warranty. I would have gladly paid for the part to get my pedals working again, but that was a nice bonus. Chris was very responsive, even though we were functioning on very different time zones I could expect a response the next morning.

My V3 pedals were years out of warranty, yet Fanatec sent me a printed circuit board at no cost and without any hassle. Thanks to them, my pedals are fully back in operation.
Since the change in ownership, customer service and shipping times in the United States have improved tremendously.

It was incredibly easy to get in touch with Fanatec. Unfortunately, there are very long response times, but I'm probably not the only one who needs help. But 4 days is a long time when you want to play. I think they are good at asking about errors, but when you ask for video documentation because a switch doesn't work, it gets uphill.
And when you can't send that video to them because their email system can't handle such a large file, it's not easy. But once it was over, it was relatively easy. And I got my product exchanged after 3 weeks.

I have been a customer since 2013 when I purchased the CSL seat on my G27 logitech wheel base and pedal set to start. 10 plus years later I reached out to Fanatec for an upgrade to a wheel base and pedal set eco system and to me Fanatec delivered. I have history with this company ,I'am your average joe customer type. Work and play fantasy race driver when I get the time to play. So I had an issue with my hall sensor brake pedal and I reached out to support (Chris Schulze) the rep made my support experience so flawless I couldn't believe how responsive and dedicated he wanted to make sure I was up and running in a matter of a few days .I'm so pleased to know we still have that kind of service today.
