I bought some of the V2 triple pedals with load cell. Well the load cell just died about two weeks ago and the warranty expired more than two years ago. Not only did they send me a new load cell because mine died, but I paid NOTHING. Yeah I’m staying with Fanatec products forever.

I had a recent issue with a wheelbase which is a year out of warranty. I contacted support and was cared for by Juan as he did a fantastic job with helping me run some test and confirm the issue.
After a couple of tests, I receive an email informing me that all hardware is being replaced (new) for free, including the return shipping. This would have been over $600 to buy again.
The quality of service and support + speed to sort out the problem and solution is more than I could ever expect. Really amazing job from their end!

My son purchased a Fantatec Clubsport GT Cockpit. Communication with this company is top notch. Shipping was timely, the product came well packaged and the directions were detailed. Upon assembly, we had an issue with a screw (which may have had an issue threading of the screw) and it was not assembling properly. I emailed Fanatec and communicated with Chris, who assisted in identifying the problem and sent out replacement parts VERY quickly. The replacement parts fixed the issue. Very impressed with the quality and customer service with this company.

I have been speaking with Brandon in the customer service department about a wheel that had a broken pin, I originally requested for a replacement pin set (that I was willing to pay for as I bought the wheel second hand) Brandon arranged for the whole wheel to be replaced as it was still under warranty. Brilliant customer support throughout the process with regular follow up emails to let me know what was happening and how the return was progressing. Within 4 days of sending my wheel back, a new one has been dispatched. Cannot fault the customer service

Own up to your mistakes. I’m done.
I spent over $4,000 on a full cockpit setup and got a defective DD Front Mount Bracket! wrong side drilled and the screw isn’t even threaded.
I stayed patient, we agreed on a refund, and I went out of my way to print the label and take it to UPS. Then you send me a replacement instead of the refund we agreed on.
Now you want me to go through all that again and waste more of my time fixing your mistake? No.
Your support is also terrible! email only, one reply a day, and this has been dragged out way longer than it should have.
Just issue the refund for the front DD and be done with it.

Imagine selling all these products but your staff only works 9-2, what kind of customer service is this? Fanatec doesn't even have a support number, they insist on having AI run it for them and when you submit a ticket it takes multiple days to even get a reply, especially when your order is forced being sent back and it's impossible to fix that process because the workers at Fanatec are apparently part time. I would rate Fanatec 0 stars if it was possible.

After years and thousands of hours of intense use, my ClubSport V3 load cell brake system developed calibration and flickering issues. After a week of exchanges during which the support team provided all the information and instructions needed to identify and possibly resolve the issue, they came to the conclusion that a part needed to be replaced.
I was ready to pay whatever was required (for a product out of warranty that I had used extensively), but they even decided to send the spare part free of charge!
This is an absolute example of customer support excellence, and I would definitely recommend Fanatec as a top brand for their product quality and amazing support.

As always I received a very quick response from the Fanatec support team. With a small misunderstanding on the website over the podium kill switch compatibility, they took care of me. In the end I had to send it back but support team helped in the process and gave me a 5% credit on next order. I am sure that they will correct the website. Thank you support team.

I bought a club sport DD + as I’ve had Fanatec products for 5/6 years . Fortunately, I had an issue with my the base 4 to 5 months later.
