Dear Kayleigh - Appalling Customer Service!

Can you please resolve this dispute and issue me a refund.

THE COMPLAINT:

Absolutely appalling customer service and I’m being fobbed off and lied to every single time!

I purchased a limitless mascara and the quality was not very good, especially as I’ve been using the skinny mascara for years which has been amazing and it’s now discontinued!

I wanted to change the mascara for an alternative or apply for a refund. But they refused to offer me a refund or replacement mascara and said this needs to be investigated?

I have played the waiting game for 4 months now and being told to wait 5-7 more days numerous times as well!

But everytime I chase this up, they keep ignoring my initial complaint, telling me I have to wait another 5-7 days or 3-5 days and keep sending me a generic reply!

They have promised me a refund TWICE plus £5 for goodwill gesture to my account, which has still not been actioned at all and this has gone on for 4 months!

I’m just being lied to and fobbed off every single time and I still don’t have a refund or replacement mascara.

I’m not happy with this service and I will not buy from Eyeko again, especially as I work as a makeup artist in tv and film and this is a brand I’ve been using in my kit for years!

I will no longer be using this mascara in my kit or using it on my cast anymore.

They simple don’t care about my dispute or wanting to give my money back or send me a replacement.

Great customer service and product

Charlotte was so helpful with my order. Got in touch to ask about shipping and product recommendations and she was very kind and informative. I placed my order and it arrived very quickly, and most importantly I’m very happy with the mascara (Black Magic Cocoa Edit). It is the perfect brown mascara which makes my lashes look longer and fuller but natural at the same time. Will definitely be ordering more!

Rubbish support & customer service

I have been using mascaras by eyeko for a while and they're really good however, I struggle with their ability to deliver within a reasonable time. I placed an order on 15 Aug & it takes them 5 days to dispatch still not complete. When queried with customer service I get 'it takes 24hrs to dispatch' which is interesting when I've waited 5days Just rubbish customer service & support, so I'm going to have to find another brand that I can rely on which isn't this one
