We are sorry to hear that you did not experience the results you were hoping for. Yes, this is the strongest whitening gel available so basically there is nothing better on the market to provide excellent teeth whitening results. The only question we have is are you trying to whiten beyond your tooth’s natural base color?
People are born with one of 3 teeth color bases White, yellow or gray and once whitening with Expertwhite Gel for 5-7 days in succession - you will be at your tooth’s natural base color. After removing the extrinsic stains (External stains) for tea, coffee etc. The only other reason is that a tooth would not respond to our gel is that you may have been exposed to tetracycline or hyper-fluorination as a child and that could also affect your base color.
However, we appreciate you trying our product. You are welcome to return it for a full refund. However, you must email us directly for an RMA number. No refunds are given without a trackable RMA number.

However, based on your comments, the gel is not old at all but rather a sign that you are receiving a very high quality teeth whitening gel.

Slight Crystallization at the tip of the syringe of the higher percentage gels (35% and 44%) is normal. This indicates that you are receiving the finest quality gel available on the market and guarantees whitening results, every time. If you do not have some crystals in the higher percentages you are receiving an inferior product.

Why does this crystallization happen? Carbamide Peroxide has a saturation point of 30%. After 30% the remaining percentage forms tiny crystals in the gel, which tend to gravitate towards the tip of the syringe. Sometimes making the gel hard to squeeze out. This happens sometimes after a long transit to its destination.

How do you dislodge/ activate the crystals? Remove syringe cap. . Insert a paperclip (or similar object) into the opening of the syringe to dislodge the crystals and very slightly move your plunger. (.This mixes the crystals back into the gel.) .
