Item never arrived

If I could leave 0 I would, I ordered the item a day after a colleague at work ordered theirs. They received their order over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.....so as I haven't received it I am unable to leave a review of how good it is.

This has burnt the gums

This has burnt the gums. I have purchased this same streghth many times over the years and never had this issue. I will not be buying again from this seller, as this is dangerous

First order did not arrive within…

First order did not arrive within 4weeks, got lost in transit. However, once I emailed them a speedy replacement made it to me within a week. Very impressed with results, will order again.

Hi i have purchased and been using this…

Hi i have purchased and been using this gel for about 1 week now and see no difference in my teeth in colour and at 44% this should show instant results i feel using other lower % i will carry on using but atm am rating this product as poor

We are sorry to hear that you are not experiencing the results you desire. When you whiten your teeth you are whitening extrinsically (outside in). This is the removal of stains no matter how many years they have been there. Your teeth will whiten to their original whiteness. There are a few reasons that some people (less than 3%) of people do not experience the whitening results. The intrinsic (inside) part of the tooth has been damaged due to some of the following reasons: 

1) Being exposed to tetracycline / antibiotics as a child.
2) Over fluoridated drinking water or over supplementation of fluoride as a child or damage to the tooth. When the teeth are stained early in life, as they are developing in the child,  will be harder to remove with any teeth whitening procedure other than successful removing of  surface stains . 
3) Humans are born with one of 3 natural colors to their teeth. White yellow and gray.  Teeth whitening will get teeth white as they can be, but the natural tooth hue will always be there. 

We are confident of our product as we have been supplying it to dentists for 20 years. Please reach pout to us for an RMA request should you wish to return the product for refund.
