I’ve used Expat Tax Online for several years and the service has generally been good. Unfortunately, this year has been a different story and very frustrating...

I submitted all required documents back in April, and since then, I’ve had minimal communication from their team. A couple of days ago, I was told I needed to log into a new platform to access additional forms that must be posted by me within 3 days.

The problem? I can’t access the platform, the forms are nowhere to be found, and no one has responded to my emails asking for help. As a result, my tax forms are now going to be late, despite me doing my part months ago.

Very poor service and extremely disappointing for a company I had previously trusted.

I live in Australia and I could not have processed my US taxes without all of the help, support and reminders from Expat Online. Excellent service.
