You need to read this before attempting to use exness as your broker. I have been using exness since this year started & everything was well until I started to see weird stuff happening to my account.. First they started with restricting my deposit & withdrawal methods & I had to start following them over everywhere to get it sorted of which they did.. But after several same issues repeatedly happening to my account, they resulted to restrict all my available depositing options for my country starting from mobile money transfers to bank transfers.. Right now as I type this I cannot fund my account to trade or add any funds to my account.. All I can see is rejected transactions... If you can see my dashboard, you would be amazed on how many rejected transactions from different payment methods.. All I can say is this broker is not a reliable broker you can trust with your money.. Their happiness is to see you making loses bt when it comes to making profit, they restrict your account for no reason... All they'll tell you is the decision was from the company & it's irreversible.. So be careful if you choose this broker.. Otherwise you'll be crying here as I am.

I experienced repeated execution and support issues

Thank you for your response.
Trading account number:
- 161559797
I would like to provide additional clarification regarding the sequence of events.
On Friday, while I was attempting to close the positions, the orders were not closed and the account was approximately around break-even conditions.
Later, after the market reopened (yesterday/Monday), I noticed that a large profit had appeared in the Exness application balance. My starting balance was approximately 500 USC, but the application displayed approximately 4,580 USC during the active XAU/USD positions.
After seeing this, I attempted to close all positions again, but the orders still did not close successfully.
I then exited the Exness application and logged in again. After returning:
- the displayed profit had disappeared,
- and the positions had already been closed.
Because of this sequence of events, I would like clarification regarding:
- whether the displayed profit reflected actual server-side equity,
- whether there was a synchronization or pricing issue,
- and the exact execution status/history of the affected positions.
Please review:
- server-side balance and equity records,
- execution timestamps,
- close-order request logs,
- and platform synchronization behavior during market reopen.
