I entrusted Evermedia about 10 years ago to convert some treasured cine film to a digital format. I am pleased to say that the service then was 5 Star although I don't recall the opportunity to give public feedback at that time. I have recently had some more film converted and I am very pleased to say that nothing has changed on this occasion apart from the advances in technology which the company has embraced fully.... A truly professional and personal service .

The second video was better than the first. It has given a lot of pleasure to a lot of people.

Evermedia, and Amir in particular, shows a great deal of skill and expertise whenever I deal with them. The service you get is great value for money and I look forward to working with him in the very near future.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with EverMedia to digitise many precious photos from my son’s childhood. I kept changing the goalposts and Amir worked really hard to get all the work completed in time for his 21st birthday (today!). He made excellent suggestions, and was extremely responsive and caring in his approach. The personalised and kind communication really meant a lot to me, as did the excellent final product. It’s not that common to get this type of above and beyond service, and I can’t recommend EverMedia highly enough. Thank you!

This is the second time I have used EverMedia Ltd ( the first time several years ago). On this latest occasion it was to obtain some copies of DVDs. On both occasions I have been very impressed with the quality of the work they have done, the speed and efficiency in getting the job completed and perhaps most importantly of all their customer service. I used Evermedia many years ago to convert a VHS video to DVD, then again to convert all my old Hi8 films to digital media and then again to convert my fathers cine films and each time, was extremely pleased with their professional and quality service and customer support.

So recently, when my mother-in-law asked me to have all her cine films converted, I decided to go back to Evermedia and hope they were still delivering the same quality product as previously...

I was not disappointed!

But to be honest, it was not just the quality of the digital conversation which impressed me. After my first interaction with their website, I was contacted by EverMedia’s Amir. An extremely helpful and pleasant member of the team, who communicated with me throughout the whole process, advising me of where they were in the process, the time remaining and then that the package of original films and digital copies had been shipped, and their expected delivery date - important when dealing with irreplaceable family archives...

I unreservedly recommend Evermedia as a customer friendly, professional and skilled team to convert your family photo, film or video archives to long lasting digital media!

Once more into the loft we venture.....more goodies to find in the form of old VHS tapes which resulted in contacting Amir again to transfer these into digital format for all to share. We also took some images and recordings onto Emugs which were greatly appreciated by the recipients.

We thought this would be a simple process of sticking the tapes on a recorder and pressing the suitable button for transfer gosh, we were wrong and Amir kindly explained the whole process to us and how the different media formats 'talk' to each other (or not). Our end product is fantastic and so easily sent to relatives and friends. At all times (once again) Amir was very professional and communication was superb even when he had to do a step by step guide to transferring the format (thanks for your patience Amir). Needed a VHS tape to be changed to dvd or USB. Looked at many sites but was impressed how quickly Evermedia could do the change over and price. Posted my video and within 48 hours l had an email to say download was complete. Recording was first class and even the sound had been vastly improved from original VHS. Thank you to Amir and his team and the updates on how the process was going at each stage. Fully recommend and first class service.
