Ordered for 3 suits but received 2 cheap saree. And There is no way to contact them.. also I’m mailing on one email id given support section is also not working/ wrong.

Very bad. Ordered a salwar set for Rs 1050/- and paid cash on delivery. But it was a trash set in it. Nothing like the set shown in the picture. Have emailed them 3 or 4 times. No reply.

These ppl are fake scamsters....they take up orders of 1k plus and deliver the wrong product....they give you a saree like material which is so cheap that it looks hardly of 200 rupees...just yesterday i got the order...and i had order a suit of 1200 but got this cheap saree material instead...which btw is not even on their website...total scamsters...won't reply to the mails...there is no way you can get your money back....total waste of money

I ordered two ethnic dresses from ethnodiva on 31st July 2025, worth ₹2,130, and paid via PhonePe on 6th August 2025. Instead of the ordered items, I received two cheap, low-quality sarees. No invoice or return slip was provided. The website has no working contact number, the return policy link is non-functional, and the listed email is unresponsive.

After no response from the seller, I searched online and found multiple similar complaints on Trustpilot — all reporting wrong products, no returns, and no refunds. This is clearly a fraudulent operation meant to scam buyers. Avoid this website at all costs!

This is so weird. i had ordered two kurti sets instead of that i have received very cheap sarees as far as i know they dont have saree collection, this is such a big scam. Also the website is weird- there is no option to exchange or return.

It is a fake site. Never order from her . They have made site in such a manner that you will believe it’s authenticity as it allows COD . Have really good collection at good proce. But once you order you will get any different low quality products. They are fraudster. I ordered 2 suits but i got 2very low quality sarees. Very bad return process. Not responding. The no. Which called me to confirm my order blocked me.

I have received two sarees instead of the ordered kurta set

Worst experience, I have ordered for more than 3k. I loved the collection actually. But received totally different parcel, low quality. I don't know what to do. The amount is not small. I am so not getting what to do. I am not able to return the parcel. It is showing "payment pending ". I emailed them. But they are not responding. Please anyone can help me with this. Please do.

Trying for so many days to return a wrong order.No decency to reply to 3 emails sent to them.Atleast have the decency to reply to customers complains and send in the correct order as requested

Don't know whether this site is real or fake i have tired everywhere to find about this site but there was nothing .
