Great investment!
I’ve been looking for a foldable electric wheelchair and I was always drawn to ETech mobility as the wheelchairs offered everything that I required. As a wheelchair user, I wanted to regain some independence when going out and about as opposed to being pushed around on a manual wheelchair. The advisors were extremely informative and so helpful in finding the most suitable wheelchair for me. I used it today for the first time and I can honestly say it was the most fun I’ve had in a while on a wheelchair. It is very comfortable and zippy while being extremely stable. The arm rests are very comfortable and allowed me to have a very comfortable resting position and the battery life so far has been great – it hasn’t even gone down a single point after using it for a few hours. The seatbelt is so secure and makes sure I feel safe at all times. I have the Freedom Elite ST model and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get a foldable electric wheelchair. The whole process was so seamless and I am so glad I chose ETech mobility!

Motorise wheel chair
Although it was a 2.5hr drive it was so worth it. Asim showed me a couple of models after I told him what I was looking for & I tried them out inside & out. We then went to the depot to collect. The staff there were great too. Personally ii would definitely recommend a visit the whole prices was so easy

Excellent Service
It was good to have an appointment to attend the showroom to see and try the various powerchairs in person.
The staff member we saw was knowledgeable and helpful.
There was a good selection to choose from, and for me it was difficult to choose whether to go for the best functionality which would enable the chair to be used on rougher terrain or to go for the super lightweight carbon fibre option which would be easier to load into my vehicle.
I ended up choosing the carbon fibre which was a lovely chair and was very light and easy to fold up and lift into my vehicle. I tried it out for a few days and found it great to get about on smooth, flat, level surfaces, but soon realised that it limited me from going onto rough, uneven surfaces, even the far from level pavements in a quaint old town.
Having contacted ETech to discuss the problem caused by my incorrect choice of chair, they gave me an appointment to go and exchange the chair for a different one. I now have a slightly heavier chair which suits my needs better.
I think that they have provided an excellent service, going above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

Great all round service.
From the moment we first made contact on the phone to book an appointment the company have provided a first class service answering all the questions we had about which wheelchair to choose and also taking care to ask us for supporting background information to enable them to show us the best options. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a wheelchair as early indications are that they also look to provide good ongoing support if needed. Highly delighted with our purchase.

Bright Purple Electric Wheelchair
I was at an event and saw someone in a bright purple electric wheelchair with “Etech Mobility” in bold letters. My old chair was getting rather tired so after looking up Etech I decided to order one there and then, same colour!
I was kept informed all of the way of my “next day delivery” and was able to track my delivery’s progress. Unfortunately the delivery company failed to deliver on their promise and after waiting in all day the wheelchair never arrived until the following day.
I am really enjoying my wheelchair and have had several compliments on the chair.
