I had an excellent experience at Esnan Dental. The entire team was extremely professional and enjoyable to work with and the facility itself was state-of-the-art. I’m very pleased so far.

From the moment I first got in touch with my coordinator, Muhammad Amin—who is a remarkable person, always attentive and incredibly helpful—all the way through my first visit for surgery, which included a sinus lift and implants, they were true professionals.
When you arrive at Esnan Dental Skyline, you’re truly treated like a VIP.
A driver picks you up at the hotel and drops you off right at the building’s entrance, and a smiling hostess then accompanies you up to the clinic on the 3rd floor.
When I saw the facility for the first time, it felt like I was in a spaceship—it’s that futuristic. Check out the photos of Esnan Dental Skyline in Istanbul on Google Maps—it really looks just like that :D
They speak French, German, English, Arabic, Turkish... Extraordinary service.
After my first week there, I can smile again.
Great staff, I highly recommend this clinic. I can’t wait to go back for my second visit.

The quality of the treatment is simply top-notch. The service is brilliant. You don’t have to worry about a thing.
I’ve already had treatment here twice and would only have any future treatments carried out here.

First, the few positives:

-My online representative, Melakhessou Oussama, was extremely professional and helpful.

-The base material they use for crowns is quite good (though unfortunately, that is of little help in the end).

Now for the reality:
Most negative comments you find online show the exact same pattern:

-You go there (Skyland), the clinic looks like sci-fi, they have a coffee shop, and even a guy playing guitar.

-You are evaluated in a beautiful room by a super nice doctor who takes the time to talk nicely and make you feel comfortable.

-After you accept and pay for the treatment, you start seeing their true colors.

-They take you to a smaller room where an overworked, stressed doctor rushes through the process as much as possible. You constantly hear them huffing and puffing out of sheer tiredness.

-You receive little to no information about what is being done to you. At one point, I received what I later found out was gum electrosurgery. While the anesthesia used during the procedure was fine, they give you absolutely no medication to take home, nor any explanation of what to expect during recovery. You are left entirely on your own.

-They WILL PUSH FOR UNNECESSARY TREATMENTS. I had to reject a root canal on a completely healthy, normally responding molar. Their excuse: "It may start having problems in a month." Any serious dentist will tell you how ridiculous this statement is; there is maybe a 5% chance of that happening, and it NEVER justifies killing a tooth just because. I did eventually get a refund for this rejected root canal, but not without some initial friction and pushback from a secretary first.

-When I rejected this root canal, they sent another representative. Instead of the friendly girls they normally use, they sent a big guy to intimidate me. Luckily, I'm bigger and train heavy, so I just laughed it off internally, but I can easily see this scare tactic working on someone else.

-The crowns look beautiful when they come out of the lab, but unfortunately, they require A LOT of chair-side grinding to adjust to your bite. Again, the doctor rushes through this critical step as much as possible.

-Afterwards, for any further adjustments, you have to beg them to see you before your flight. In my case, they seemingly purposefully installed them just a day before I left, leaving me with almost no time for normal secondary adjustments.

-Pay close attention to their warranty: sneezing too hard practically invalidates it, and you have to travel back once a year just to keep it valid.

What should have been a normal bridge replacement—a simple drop-in fix—turned out to be a massive source of stress and wasted money. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 8 WEEKS AND I AM STILL HAVING ISSUES with a simple three-piece bridge.

Because they rushed the bite adjustment, I am left with an occlusion interference causing PDL (periodontal ligament) pain and unjustifiably long recovery. To get this fixed by another dentist would void my warranty, meaning my only option to keep the warranty valid is to travel all the way back to Istanbul entirely at my own expense.

It feels unreal how professional and dedicated to the patient they are. Their professional and human approach makes every procedure possible, and I felt completely carefree and safe. I don't know how I could better describe my experience with Esnan Dental Clinic

I had a great experience with Esnan Dental Clinics. I communicated with Iman who made the entire visit very smooth, starting from scheduling the transportation, hotel, and clinic appointments. The doctors and the staff went above and beyond by explaining all the procedures and what they will do next. That gave me confidence and peace of mind.
The charges were what they told me to expect. I am looking forward to my next visit in November to have the implants put in.
I will most definitely recommend Esnan Clinics to anyone needing dental work done.

From the very first interaction through to the dental procedure itself, the process was smooth and well-organized. Throughout the journey, the medical staff gave clear explanations and reassurance about the procedure, which involved a tooth extraction and dental implant. As someone who has never enjoyed visiting the dentist, this was, by far, one of the best experiences I've had.

Esnan takes very good care about patients from very start. Acommodation in good hotel, transfer from airport and daily to dentist. Also good quality of treatments and this all is very well priced.

Doctors were good. Service was also good overall however inconsistent with people you dealt. If you are with Nuran and Amina you are in the best hands. Lovely ladies very helpful and guiding you through the whole system

My mother and I traveled from the USA with the guarantee that the procedures we needed to have done would be possible but when we arrived at the clinic, I was informed that it was not possible to do the procedure and I traveled across the world to have my teeth cleaned. The communication between different people at the clinic was very poor and no one seemed to know what they were doing. The facility is very impressive but it seems like that is of higher concern than providing quality care. I would not recommend esnan and neither will I return in the future. Do your research before making the same mistake I did.

My name is Veronica, I am from Romania, and together with my Jolly-Bichon malltesse, I returned to the Esnan Clinic for the second stage of dental procedures. As on the first visit, in the Esnan Dental Clinic – Skyland you feel treated like a star, the atmosphere is luxurious, the waiting room with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the reception staff and the guys at the bar are kind, friendly, helpful with everything you need and treat each patient with the highest respect. To the entire staff at Esnana, a thousand thanks.
But what really matters for a patient, are the doctors and nurses who work for you and at the Esnan Clinic you will find the best and wonderful doctors, high professionalism and state-of-the-art equipment.
To achieve my beautiful smile now, dentist Dr. Baran Güneş and his assistant Aycaa worked with professionalism and patience. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the kindness, empathy and understanding they showed, I thank them from the bottom of my heart for regaining my confidence in myself by displaying a perfect smile with beautiful teeth.
I thank the doctor for allowing my bichon - Jolly to stay with me, she being very attached to me was very good and happy.
I would like to thank Semra from the bottom of my heart, who was with me from the beginning, who communicated all the appointments to me, and who answered all my questions with professionalism, kindness, empathy.
I would like to receive, at the end of the work, in addition to the 5-year warranty certificate that mentions the cases in which the warranty does not apply or will be invalid, some kind of certificate that mentions all the staged works and the materials used that were done to me. If possible - I would really like to receive - (PROFESSIONAL DEFECT) this spreader.

I had my teeth fitted in January and 2 months ago in July I let Esnan know that there had been a gap that had developed under my bottom teeth and there is also an implant exposed you can actually see in the gap. Needless to say this is really uncomfortable and is impacting my daily life, something I expressed to them in July when they told me they would in their own words discuss this with their team and contact me directly to work out the best way forward. Initially in July they said I just need to clean the gap after every time I eat which is just not practical. Well it is now September and I’ve heard nothing from them so customer service post treatment is just not something they want to entertain but no doubt their reply to this review we will see an excuse as to why they haven’t contacted me so we’ll see what that is. I have been to 2 different dentists in Turkey over the past 4 years and neither of them offer any customer satisfaction after treatment when things go wrong.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I did my due diligence and sent xrays and photos to 5 different dentists. Esnan were the only one that arranged a zoom call with a dental surgeon who went into detail about what would be best for me and answered all my questions. The thing to remember is Esnan is an accredited dental hospital with 5 locations, they are not simply a "clinic" with 85 dentists and a full scale facility (i was at the Skyland location) they have everything on hand and are prepared for anything. The location itself is breathtaking, state of the art. I had read that Esnan was the highest volume clinic in Turkey so I expected a very busy office, quite the opposite, everything was punctional I was never rushed, I had the same dental surgeon throughout, but also met the designers and the asthetics. My plan was as expected, the only surprise was getting a $700 cash refund as I didn't need root canals!. The hotel was excellent and very close, the location itself is in a high end area of Istanbul with great shopping, restaurants and the metro. My teeth are perfect, zero pain or sensitivity. I know choosing a dentist is overwhelming and its a huge decision, please know Esnan are on a whole different level compared to the smaller clinics, they are the only place with double accreditations. Highly recommend, I will be going back with my husband.
