Ergeon has a very organized and efficient process. Good customer service. The installers were hard-working and dedicated to finish my fence installation in a timely manner. I also found Ergeon’s fencing price reasonable. I recommend Ergeon for fence project.

Very shady business practices. They do not return calls/answer messages. They submitted an expired insurance policy to the township. They charge you to haul the soil/dirt that they remove to install your fence. They charge your credit card without authorization- beware!

Great communication from start to finish, very friendly!

I went through the Home Depot website to get a fence put in my backyard and they use Ergeon to subcontract. Ergeon is not local and i'm not sure who they get locally to do the job because i never spoke with the person in charge. The only name on the contract was a Dimitris Tsatalos and i don't even think i spoke with this person, it was someone else with a different name i could never make out because i don't think they reside in the US. Then the local guy was someone named Rafael, but i never met, saw, or spoke with this person as they all kept ghosting me from the get go. the project has not taken off at all and so i decided to cancel it with Home Depot. I also put in an official complaint.
Ergeon sounds and looks shady and have some complaints on the BBB website and i will be adding my own. i keep copies of everything, and text messages of everything and they definitely look like they want to look like they are communicating with me but they most definitely are not. i got a call from them and when i answered it went straight to hold and music. then they had the nerve to say they tried to get a hold of me.
So because of the ghosting and run around they are giving me, I called Home depot to cancel the order and to warn them about Ergeon. I don't even think these people are local. it all just looks shady to me. I hope i can warn someone with this review and please, look into BBB before choosing a company. I forgot to do that.

I had a teleconference with Mel with Ergeon about a fencing project. I was able to ask questions, see what it would look like once completed. The process is seamless with getting a quote, payment & scheduling.
Mel was very informative & open to all of my questions.

Kerecia did a great job walking me through the process of getting my gate designed, she was very professional and knowledgeable and I’m excited to see what my fence looks like.

I am extremely happy with my new fence from Ergeon! Thanks to the new fence, I can finally enjoy and take advantage of my backyard again without worrying about my neighbors' dogs having access to my yard.
The fence was installed beautifully and looks fantastic. The installers completed the work in a timely manner, were professional throughout the process, and did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation. They also removed all of the old fencing, leaving everything neat and tidy.
I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Ergeon to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fencing company.

The fence crew showed up on time, walked through explaining what to expect, asked questions regarding gate placement etc then got to work. A three man crew accomplished in less than a day more than I would’ve been able to do in a month. Excellent craftsmanship, engagement with me and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Thank you for a superb job and we already recommended your services to another client.

We went through Lowes for our fence project. The estimate was completed virtually and thoroughly with plenty of helpful follow-ups. The installers showed up on time and were VERY communicative and transparent with me about all the details, walking me through different scenarios regarding interfering plants and trees, fence angle, etc. They finished quickly, picked every single thing up from the job, and were extremely professional from start to finish.

Very communicative team and the job was done with care and without any complications. The entire are was left organized and clean.

Great communication starting with the estimate, to project managers to the installers. Everyone I spoke with was very professional. Our installer, was great. Him and his helper were phenomenal and did great work. Clean work area, filled in the gaps under the gate and around. My fence looks amazing! Now my boy, our dog, has the freedom to run and he loves it. I can see lots of time spent in the backyard. We had a 6x6 privacy fence installed, about 175 linear feet with 1 gate. Thank you to the whole team!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I am a repeat customer and had to replace portions of my vinyl fence after a fire. Radica was quick and efficient. The process to get a quote was quick and seamless. My pre-install appointment was timely and the install took place despite a sudden downpour. Radica and the install team are amazing. Highly recommend Ergeon!!

Excellent estimate experience yesterday with Darcy. Courteous, clear, went through questions and options carefully, patiently. Couldn't be nicer. Ended up agreeing to the sale without hesitation, partly because the price was reasonable compared to a competitor's, but also because of dealing pleasantly with Darcy.

I’ve never worked with a company like ERGEON but it went smoothly. The contractor; which I understand is subbed out for the area in which you reside, did a wonderful timely job on our fence. They were very particular about getting it just right. I would say it was slightly more expensive than perhaps a local contractor would’ve been, but they seamlessly took care of everything so in that regards it went really well.

Angelica was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super informative & very professional with many appropriate suggestions I hadn’t thought of. Made the first time virtual experience a breeze.

My installers showed up on time and had my new fence installed within 2 days. The 3 of them did most of the job on the 1st day with the second day just being the installation of our large gate and touch ups to the fence. So far so good. It’s sturdy, all the locks and gate hinges work as expected, and best of all I now have the complete privacy that I desired in my yard.
