I’ve been a customer of this store for many years, but unfortunately, there is always a problem with refunds; I can't get my money back for the clothes I returned. I’m still waiting for the refund, and the store keeps putting me off, claiming they haven't even started the process yet. I do not recommend them.

Don’t buy from this shop
I placed an order 15 days ago for delivery in Madrid; a week later, I was told the package had been returned without any coherent explanation. Right now, they are waiting for the package to arrive back at their warehouse, and they are holding onto the 250 euros I paid. Do not buy from this store; there is no professionalism or reliability regarding shipments.

Refund instead of exchange.
Ordered 3 T-shirts. 2 fitted great but sent one back asking for an exchange for another size. Instead they just refunded me. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either.

Liked the collection but communication is poor
Liked the collection, quality and pricing of the product. Also liked the updates and shipping informations provided regularly. What I did not like is the very gray communication about added duty/ custom cost that is payable by the customer. In my case it came as a surprise and it was never mentioned anywhere with the shipping. This wasn't cheap. The shipping itself wasn't cheap either.
