Payment was charged in error due to communication error with charge station but was reimbursed with credits back on my account josh and the team was very helpful at assisting me ,recommend:)

Super quick response from Khaula - electroverse experience great overall - may not be cheaper than other providers, but you can use it across charging stations which can simplify the charging experience on the whole.

I had a technical problem with registrating my card and I contacted the support. Khaula from Octoverse answered very fast and could do the registration of my card for me within a minute. Surprisingly fast and helpful.

Was dreading the app based customer service but it worked really well and my problem was resolved quickly first time. Customer service agent Khaula was very efficient.

Khaula managed to resolve my issue in a few minutes which was impressive since it was 20.27

This feedback is ALL about the support I received when the Electroverse app continuously failed to link to my Octopus account for payment. Something needs sorting out there.
However. Josh W. sorted me out once I'd actually contacted Electroverse support (I'd erroneously assumed that Octopus support would cover this too).
