Super quick response

Super quick response from Khaula - electroverse experience great overall - may not be cheaper than other providers, but you can use it across charging stations which can simplify the charging experience on the whole.

Helpful Tech Support

Callie was very helpful in helping resolve my issues. I also appreciate their app and the discounts for Octopus customers, when using various public charging points.

I had a technical problem with…

I had a technical problem with registrating my card and I contacted the support. Khaula from Octoverse answered very fast and could do the registration of my card for me within a minute. Surprisingly fast and helpful.

This feedback is ALL about the support I received when the Electroverse app continuously failed to link to my Octopus account for payment. Something needs sorting out there.
However. Josh W. sorted me out once I'd actually contacted Electroverse support (I'd erroneously assumed that Octopus support would cover this too).
