Very happy with my experience today wax cleared from right ear, left ear was clear of wax but problem with ear drum due to recent cold was given a letter to give to my doctor advising him of the problem and was told that it would clear up on its own in a couple of weeks doctor prescribed a decongestant. All together great experience.

I brought my mother in law to have her ears cleared of wax and took the opportunity to have mine done as well. Completely satisfactory experience, walked straight in at appointment time, everything was fully explained and very efficient.

I have been using this service for many years now and can honestly say I truly wouldn’t know what I would do without it.
I have suffered with my ears since 2010 and have had many painful experiences in the past.This has made me very nervous about having them treated.
I suffer tinnitus and have very narrow ear canals and have had many ear infections and blocked ears over the years.
Mr Karim has been amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and has given me lots of advice on products to help keep my ears infection free. He has also been the only person who has been able to successfully clear them with microsuction. I would thoroughly recommend this service for anyone of any age.

I would also like to say the receptionists are also lovely and always very helpful.

I am a returning customer to the Kings Heath branch and was amazed at how much the technology has improved since my last visit. Zoya saw me today and was lovely throughout, she kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing.

It was really helpful being able to see what she was seeing on the screen, and it’s the first time I’ve ever seen the inside of my ear canal.

The pressure I had in my head has completely gone, and I feel human again. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic

I’d been struggling with my ears for a while and had tried several drops from the doctor, but nothing worked. I visited the Sutton branch and was absolutely blown away by the results. Watching the earwax being removed was strangely satisfying, and now my ears feel incredible! I’m really impressed with the service I received — the clinic was spotless, and the staff were extremely knowledgeable.
