Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Charge £5.99 for 7-10 working days delivery. Took 3 weeks. When the T-shirt did arrive the quality of it was horrendous. Poor print quality, cheap material, looked nothing like the advertised picture. Took me another week to get a return address, and then a further 5 weeks to actually get my refund. In the end I had to threaten with small claims court. Stay away.
I have ordered many items of clothing from this website in the past which have been great. This time however, the items that were delivered were the wrong size and the wrong design. The worst part about this is I have tried for over a month to contact this company to ask them if I can return the items and request the right order and they haven't even bothered to reply to me. Really bad customer service. I hope someone from this company see's this post and is able to help customers like myself with issues such as returns and exchanges.
