Rude arrogant people.

Rude arrogant people.

I booked appointment i Oslo. At that day, it should have taken 1h of driving, plus I had 2h reserve time, but road was closed, traffic police, some accident, so I was standing for an hour on the road. As was risking to come late, called them to inform a couple of times.

Near their "health center", again all roads were completely blocked, and no parking at all, was going several circles to find any place to stop for half an hour. Their center is in the worst possible place in Oslo, horrible.

Finally, I entered their center, which is just a small cabinet, 0.5h late, appologised for being late. As booked hour was for 1h, thought they will take me at least to check shortly, because it was very short check needed, max 15min. But to my surprise, that doctor, some young guy, was extremely arrogant, looked blamingly, dropped some comment "you are very late, won't take you, have other patient in 5min", and closed the door in front of me, no respect at all. I felt like crap.

But, there were not a single patient for more than half an hour, and when he came, it took some 10min, and again no patients for half an hour after.

I stayed to wait, asked again if the doctor could be so kind and take me in between, but he again refused, saying that he is "fully booked" and that I have to pay for the booking full price, and book another appointment for full price also. It was clear that he just is negative, rude, cares only about money, and has zero flexibility, kindness or understanding. For the next couple hours there came a couple of patients who took also only 10-15min to service and they left.

I called their online service, explained situation, asked if they could help, but there some young girl again just dropped that I have to pay invoice fully and then book another apointment for full price. It ws clear that issue is only about cheap extraction of money.

Not only that: I was late for 0.5 hour, so 0.5 hour should have been left, but was charged for full hour without being serviced. And the check I needed was very minimal.

3000 NOK thrown out for nothing.

Very dissapointing experience.

It is such a joke the doctor dismisses…

It is such a joke the doctor dismisses you after a few minutes of video consultation and tells you he can't prescribe a contraception but they make you pay in advance and advertise it as a solution it is literally a money grab

Really good.

Fulham Broadway site
- great website for booking, booked at 4am I think.
- very clean.
- very calm office, friendly staff.
- timely service. In and out in 15mins.

My medical issue wasn’t so complicated, but the Dr (Chantry) was pretty thorough and able to communicate well eg. Issues, solutions, follow-up steps, what to look out for etc. etc.

Would use again, for sure.

Poor service and lack of respect for you as a patients

40 min. prior to my appointment I received a cancellation message from Dr. Dropin, due to staff sickness. This close to my appointment I certainly expected a phone call from Dr. Dropin, as you don’t necessarily read your message right away. I received the phone call 15 min. prior to my appointment – and without any “sorry for the inconvenience” just “when is it suitable for your new appointment?”
I fully understand that staff members get sick, but what I find unacceptable is receiving the cancellation 15 min. prior to the appointment. This is poor treatment- and complete lack of respect for patients. If I as a patient want to cancel my appointment, I am required to do so min. 24 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise I will be charged for the whole treatment. Since I already had started my travel for my appointment, I lost an hour from work because of Dr. Dropin’s poor customer service – who is paying for that?
I told Dr. Dropin, with the complete lack of service, I was not interested in re-scheduling, and that I would rather try to schedule an appointment with one of their competitors. For those who read this review I would recommend they do same; find another provider that would treat you nice and with respect you deserve.
As a recommendation for Dr. Dropin, I strongly suggest they have back-up staff in case of sickness leave etc. to avoid these situations, but even more, start treating your patients with respect and the service they deserve.

Since I cannot give them a score of 0/5 stars, I give them 1/5 stars.

These are scammers!!

These are scammers!!! i told symptoms the doctor didnt even know what to say she closed the phone ( we only talked 10 minutes) and told me she will get back to me later she sent me a message saying i should go to my fastlage Wow thanks?!! No refund or anything?? Avoid it all cost!

Waste of time and money

I booked a video consultation for my child and the only thing the doctor said to me was that she recommended me to book a physical appointment. I would be fine with this but they refused to refund me which is absurd to think anyone should pay for someone to tell them they can’t help you.
