I clicked an Instagram ad to watch a short video from “DramaShorts.” I thought it was free — I didn’t create an account, confirm my email, or agree to any subscription.
Still, I was charged £15.19. Strangely, the charge came from “Madmuscles,” not DramaShorts, and the confirmation email showed a card number that isn’t even mine.
When I tried contacting support, the email address was invalid and bounced back. This whole setup feels deceptive and scam-like.
I’ve reported it to my bank (Revolut) and terminated my card. Please be careful — it’s a shady system.

The story is great. But you should make it easier for people to find not only on their phone but also on the TV. All I can find on my TV subscription is small stories shorts as you will. When I want to watch the whole thing on the TV I can't cast from my phone to the TV because there's no way to find out how to do it. I would keep the subscription as long as it is easy to manage from one story to the next. If it is difficult to watch a whole story even though I paid for the subscription then it is very unpleasant. Other than that the stories are great I love watching them as long as it's keeping up to pay for the subscription I'll continue to watch so far your five stars for the stories. That are on your phone. But it's a zero for finding it on the TV.

DramaShorts has the wrong email for me and I can’t get a message through. I have been charged multiple times instead of once. I want to opt out of the contract

My account was charged for a subscription I had canceled, my fault. Pay attention to where you subscribe: website vs app. I e-mailed customer service late this holiday evening and my money was returned immediately. Customer service was super kind, efficient, and professional. Thank you!

The story was funny and life like. I enjoyed it very much.

The movies are great it just gets frustrating that even if you have a subscription that you still have to purchase more coins all the time to watch more than episodes.

It was a cute story and it ended the way that I would love it to end. Thank you
