Customer services sucks! They suck
What a waste of a company! How can they work in 2026 with such a horrible way they handle their bussiness? I was supposed to receive package from them, chose from the get go a delivery on 09/06. Ofc nobody came, I called (btw you pay 30 cents per minute, and count all the minutes before they pick up, first time I was waiting 10 min, second time 20 min! and still nobody picked up). Then the horrible people assure you all will be okay, your package will come today why the stress, laugh you in your face, I was home 2 days to receive that package, because its big and cant be delivered to a pick point! Twice on the phone they assured me its coming! Twice! It never came, the status on their website still says delivering to your preference (which was 09/06) its 11/06!! Absolutely horrible! I had to contact the seller so they try to contact them, but they also told me they have similar experience with them! Please avoid at all costs! I will probably never see my package as its hold in depo for very strange reasons!
DPD missed the delivery
DPD missed the delivery. I wrote them the following email:How did you miss the delivery? I'm at home and I was waiting for this package. I followed the delivery man, he was 3 km away from me half an hour ago. Why couldn't it be delivered? I'm very angry about that. Shame on you. You have a shitty service.
They left a note in the mailbox: P Well, if he could leave this ticket in the mailbox, why didn't he ring the doorbell to deliver the package? Now I have to waste time and spend my own money to get the package back. You have very bad service.
DPD delivery
We have a parcel with a adress where DPD has already supplied many many many times. And now they say thay cant deliver because of wrong adress. But in between nothing is happening. They didn't send it back to sender. I even offer to pick up the parcel in Aalter (DPD Warehouse) still nothing is possible or happening. And the biggest problem you cant contact them by phone. All the departments are in contact with each other by mail. and the parcel is almost 14 daus with DPD. I even cant get back my own parcel. What a very unproffesional organisation. It is costing me hours and hours to try to solve this. My advise to everybody never use DPD again!!!
One of the worst courier service
One of the worst courier service. I guess the drivers have some under the table agreement with the delivery collection points. The driver stopped the delivery van Infront of my house, waited for 3-4 minutes and then drove off. Within 15 minutes I got a notification that my parcel is delivered to the delivery collection point stating there's no one at home.
The problem is that there's no check/control by DPD to prevent this.
If there's an option available in any online purchase, I would never ever choose DPD, even if others like DHL are expensive.
Bad system & paid customer service
After changing the delivery adress and date the first second I could did not effect the delivery.
They tried to deliver at a wrong adress, on the wrong day. Trying to find customer support is difficult and once you get a number you have to PAY 30 cents a minute! this is including the waiting time wicht was 10 min in my case!
So not only does their system not work and their customer support can't do anything but it also costs you to try to fix their mistakes!

What's the point of DPD offering the choice of delivery day or choice of pick up point when they don't follow them?
I chose a delivery day to be Friday, I see the package is getting delivered today. Okay then. I rush home from work because it's a large, heavy box and I have no way of carrying it home. Some time later I get a message that the package can't be sent to my house, I can choose a pick up point. Okay then... I chose one that's a few minutes from where I live. I also have this pick up point set up in my DPD profile as the preferred pick up point. Again completely ignored as I just got a notification that this was delivered to a pick up place on the other side of the city. I had many similar situations in the past, but at least when it was a large order that's inconvenient to pick up, it was delivered home. But that apparently is not the case anymore. Very bad company with no costoer service!
Everything just went wrong, delivery date, delivery time, then call, it was for next day, then the next day,.... nothing. Then another call, they where unable to help me. Now it should be for2 days later. First day they said I was not home, this is not true. I even ask my neighbor to let the dog out. Also this shouldn't be a problem in the first place since this is a very small hand transmitter from an alarm system which fits in an normal letterbox. Custom service doesn't exists, and when you call then the ask a lot of money, .30€ each minute. And if this is not enough, the first time I had to wait for 14 minutes,the second call even 17 minutes, and this just to get somebody on the line to speak to. No, NEVER AGAIN, next time I order things online I will ask if they work with DPD and if they do they can change or I will order somewhere else.
They always give me the "we have attempted to deliver"…
They always give me the "we have attempted to deliver your package unsucessfuly", they hang up when I call to see what is the issue with my package.
This happens repeated amount of times in Belgium - It is the worst.

Disappointing and inefficient
I am home waiting for my parcel and i rwceive an email “unfortunately we missed you” . This is not the first time this happens in Brussels 1190!! And then they put my package in a random shop 3 km away. Really annoying !!!!!
I’m extremely disappointed with DPD…
I’m extremely disappointed with DPD Belgium. My delivery was rescheduled multiple times without any clear explanation, which is already frustrating enough. On top of that, the tracking system is practically useless — it never shows where the package actually is, so you’re left completely in the dark.
Customer service doesn’t provide helpful updates either, It feels like there’s no accountability or organization behind the process. A delivery service should at the very least be reliable and transparent, and this experience was neither.
I would not recommend using DPD if you have any other option.
DPD never fails to disappoint
Once again I've had a problem with a delivery, and once again DPD is behind it. This time, they have resorted to straight-up lying.
I was home, but they made no attempt to deliver my package. Instead, they claimed that I asked them to change the delivery to a drop-off point (I did not) and never bothered to come to my address at all.
They never contacted me to notify me of the change, either. The only reason I found out was because my package was listed on the seller's site as 'delivered'.
DPD are reliable in one regard - if there is a way to mess up a delivery, they will find it.
Lost / (alleged) theft of parcel by DPD
Absolute worst delivery and customer service. They will lose/steal your parcel and then act like it’s not their problem. Considering the parcel was somewhat valuable I am sure it’s not just a mere “loss”. Reached out to customer service and was told to contact the seller instead, which I did. The seller will not investigate further, which I tried explaining in the email response to DPD’s email but turns out it’s a no response email. Worst service, now have had to report the loss/theft to authorities and apparently it’s very common for DPD…

We made plans to stay at home and be present for the delivery. We saw the truck leave but they did not EVEN try to ring the door. The parcel is now on its way to the middle of nowhere, at what looks like a house rather than a shop. The parcel contains plants and should not be left unattended too long, I'm afraid of the state I'm going to find them in.

Carrier delivery on 1st of April region Ostend, BE offended me and my wife saying 'Stupid Belge' after friendly addressing him throwing the package in the middle of our hallway.
Up to date no apologies or any form of communication in regards.
This company simply can't be taken serious! Don't B2B neither B2C with them, simply go with Bpost which carriers won't use such stupid language .
Try harder
Our company exists since 10 years and situated in a business park at the given adres. Never we had any problems with delivery. Every company is listed at the beginning of the business park. Each company name is also listed on each building; But if the driver does not want to look you receive a message that your package could not be deilvered and you need to reorder again. As if timing is no issue
Not even trying to deliver
DPD suppose to deliver the parcel to the address but without even trying they divert to parcel shop. Almost impossible to contact and talk to real person. WORST SERVICE , AVOID IF POSSIBLE
