We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your order.
The artwork supplied included crop marks. As explained in our communication, we generate and apply our own crop marks during production, as using customer-supplied crop marks can result in incorrect finished sizes. In this case, had we used the crop marks provided, your cards would have been produced significantly smaller than the size ordered.
You also viewed the artwork in our online previewer, which acts as your digital proof before production. The crop marks were clearly visible in this preview, and you confirmed that you were happy for the order to proceed.
The issue was with the artwork supplied rather than our production process. Despite this, our customer service team offered you a discount code to reorder with corrected artwork as a gesture of goodwill.
We always aim to help our customers achieve the best possible result and were disappointed that our efforts to resolve this matter were not reflected in your review.
