some really lovely nails, very firm but others were really thin and cheap looking. One also had the paint crack which was unfortunate.

The nails look gorgeous. I got the gel tabs and found these to be a little awkward to use and also lost one of the nails within a few hours.

I shop at Dooby nails once or twice a month. I love all the products and recommend them quite a lot to my friends and family.

100% FRAUD!!!!!!!

We have been a customer for Doobys Nails for over 4 years! We have nevcer had any issues, quality is great, delivery is always on time, however in the 4 years this is the FIRST time we had to return 6 nail sets as they were unwanted. We got them sent back with recorded delivery and they REFUSE to respond to any emails, ALL platforms cannot be reached ! They ignore your emails and refuse to give you your money back.

JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU NEED TO RETURN THE NAILS YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Rubbish, tabs are not sticky enough fell off straight away

Nails differ from pictures on website. Half of order missing. Tried to contact numerous times about refund / returns and missing order and completely ignored.
Would never order from again and will pursue to obtain refund for unfulfilled order

The nails came very speedily and l am very impressed with them I used the glue and they stayed on all week on holiday abroad in pools, showers etc. day 10 back home they are still in place and I can file them like my own nails. A great tip is to put basecoat on your nails before attaching and it protects them from the glue…it works! 👍🏼

I have purchased from Dooby’s Nails twice now and I absolutely love them! I did find that the gel tabs don’t work for me however, I’ve used the nail glue and they stay on great and last me for a couple of weeks. I hate how acrylics and gel make your natural nail feel afterwards so this is such a great alternative. I will definitely be buying again!

I would give 1 star if I could!!!
Nails ordered 28th Dec and still nothing! Have tried to contact Doobys but no response at all! Terrible service and communication. Avoid!

I ordered some nails before Christmas and paid for next day delivery, to hopefully be able to wear them for Christmas day. Company took my money straight away but I didn't hear from them regarding my order. As of the the 4th January (just over 2 weeks later), I still hadn't received any products from them. Tried to contact them a number of times and haven't had a response back. Contacted my back and raised a dispute with them. They also couldn't contact them and have confirmed that they will issue me a refund due to goods not received. Absolutely appalling!

Ordered 2 sets a couple of months ago, took a while for delivery, but did receive them. They were thin and didn’t last very long. The sticky pads are also rubbish.

Ordered 2 sets for me and my mum for Christmas, ordered them on the 20th of December, chose next day delivery and did not receive them in time for Christmas. Thought they would come ready for New Years Eve. Still nothing. Requested a refund on PayPal, luckily I got my money back. Still bad nothing in the post so don’t no what’s going on with them. Very bad customer service also, think I emailed them and used their contact form a number of times with no response, also emailed their Instagram, still no response.

Shan’t be getting my custom again. £38 for 2 sets of nails, also very expensive.

Ordered nails- they charged me but I never got sent a confirmation email! I’ve contacted them via their site and social media- no reply! I never received my order! Wish I’d read the reviews- such a bad company! Avoid at all costs and get your nails elsewhere!

So so so thin - within an hour of wear about 3 of the tips had snapped off and had to be filed down to make them look vaguely presentable.

Also ordered on next day delivery and they showed up about 5 days later 🙄

Ordered nails 10 days ago website states next day delivery. No order received no response to messages. Terrible customer service. Note to self read reviews in future to avoid being ripped off/robbed of my hard earned cash!

Do not order from this company! I ordered a set of nails for my sister’s wedding and although the nails arrived promptly and were a nice design the tabs did not work. I ordered their stick on tabs, which state are to be used for one day wear, but they fell off within 45 minutes of application. Their site states that they need to be soaked in warm water in order to be removed! Two fell down the drain as they just fell off while I was in the bathroom, so I can’t even re-use the set with proper nail glue.
I have tried to contact Doobys Nails several times through their contact form and get no reply. I’ve asked for a refund, no reply. I’ve left comments on their Instagram page, no reply!
Save yourself some money and don’t order from this company!

I purchased some nails from Doobys prior to reading the reviews and was a little anxious!
My experience has been that I ordered the nails and they arrived after 4/5 days which wad fine for me! They are such good quality and I can't wait to try them out!
If you need for a specific date definitely order well in advance as supply chains are so stretched there are delays across all industries- can't fault these nails or the delivery time 👍

I ordered nails on the 18/11/21 with the ordered confirmed in email as a next day delivery. It has been 7 working days and 10 days in total since I ordered. I have tried to give this company a chance by waiting, contacting them via IG, FB and their contact form on their website. There has been no reply at all, no apology and most of all no nails. I have reported this company to Action Fraud as per citizens advice, reported them as fraudulent to HSBC and applied to dispute the charges on my card as I have spent 40 pounds on goods i have not received. If i could give this company no stars I would. Please do not order from them, you will be very disappointed.
