I recently had Rob attend to make a bumper repair on my car. He was very friendly and professional, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. The finish is excellent.

Very good customer service from first phone call to work being completed. Rob rang beforehand to advise of arrival time. He did a first rate paint repair and is a good ambassador for the company with his cheerful personality.

Following an enquiry to Direct Finish, I was contacted by Amanda who talked me through the refurbishment process and liaised with the technical team who made recommendations in respect to the finish. She was also kind enough to put me in touch with the business next door who specialise in professional bodywork ceramic protection, which I had done at the same time as the wheels.

The whole experience from start to finish was professional and the quality of the work excellent as the alloys needed fully stripping.

I would (and have) recommend Direct Finish to anyone.

The operator Rob. Friendly, informative, professional, answered all my questions and did a brilliant job.

Excellent customer service! The company responded quickly, an appointment was made and they kept in touch until the day the repair was carried out. Rob came at the allotted time, by which time it was raining. But a canopy was erected and he immediately got on with the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he was doing. Rob is a very pleasant young man and the end result was superb. I would definitely recommend this company.

Rob from direct finish was very professional, he rang me before my appointment to comfirm his arrival, this allowed me to inform him that as I was in the school run that i amy be a few minutes after him, Rob assured that this was ok. Upon my arrival back home, Rob immediately got out his van and introduced himself and immediately set about getting to work. Rob was very efficient, professional and polite, he was also very knowledgeable and answered my questions. When Rob was finished, he allowed me time to inspect my car before asking for my signature on the paperwork. Overall, I am very pleased with the work that Rob completed.

Had a scuff on my car bumper repaired today by Rob. He rang 44 mins before arrival. Rob identified further damage to the bumper which I hadn't seen when making my claim, which was part of the original damage. On his recommendation I rang the office to arrange for the further damage to be included in the work to be carried out. From the ladies I spoke to on the phone, to Rob's excellent repair to my car, I found everyone to be pleasant, cheerful and professional. A big thank you to all.

Rob came out today to repair a minor scuff/bump on my car, gave me a hours notice telephone call (appreciated!) and did the job swiftly.

Had Direct Finish twice now. Robbie was very polite and efficient, turned up as arranged and repaired 3 diamond cut alloy wheels over the 2 visits. The wheels look brand new now. I would definitely recommend this company and will no doubt be seeing them again.

Direct finish spryed and sorted my alloys out on January 22nd 2024 but now the paint is coming off and is bubbling looks like i have to take the car somewhere else to get sorted unless I'm covered by there warranty for this

Rob came as promised on time and did a super job to remove two scratches from the body work. He was very friendly and happy to discuss a few questions I had, which he answered thoroughly.

Excellent, quick and speedy service from DF Ltd. Rob, great guy, rang 20 mins before arrival, came on time, very polite and professional. Wheel off in no time, alloy sorted and back on before you knew it. Perfect finish and just like new. Used before and would use again.

The time has come for another review, and it is me again, it must be just my bad luck. After a scratch on the car from a stint in the airport car park at Manchester down to valet parking service (which obviously they deny and I cannot prove)...I got the mobile team out this time. Rob communicated with me before he arrived, to manage my expectations, what a lovely guy to deal with, really helpful and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job, you would not know he has even been. I am going to be extra careful in future otherwise it is going to be time to set up an account. Fabulous company start to finish, great value for money, and would highly recommend.
