I have purchased several games from direct2play without incident. Their delivery of keys is swift and usually within seconds of a purchase being completed. The one instance in which I had trouble redeeming a key I had purchased I was able to resolve the issue with the help of their Customer Service department within an hour of submitting a trouble ticket. I was very impressed with the expedience of their customer service and I would definitely recommend direct2play to any and everyone.

Ever since I discovered Direct2Play.com I always check there first to see if they have the good deal on the game I want to purchase. More often than not, they do, and their service is excellent.

Generally good, but have had two hassles before. Both were resolved in a quick manner though.

I have had only great experiences with my purchases from Team Direct2Play in the past. The only time I encountered a problem with a purchase at Direct2Play about a Steam key the team got back to my support ticket quickly about the issue and solved the issue quickly and efficiently. Direct2Play is an amazing company that offers great products as well as great incentives for their customers. I know that those offers have kept me as a frequent customer, and I recommend this storefront to anyone without a doubt!

Their service is pretty good. Safe transactions and legitimate keys. Getting a sale is fast. Pre-orders come on time if not few days earlier for pre-loading. I also like how they list some free games to play/download. You guys should try them out if you are a budget gamer like I am.

I discovered this site not long ago I used other sites before but this one has the best prices and great costumer support, definitely will continue doing business with them.

I personally think this site has to be the best out there. They have amazing service, great game prices, and a great website. 11/10 would buy from them over and over and over.

My order was also cancelled and just a few hours before the game unlocked...To make things worse, this purchase was a birthday gift for a friend.

However, d2p did everything they could to make everything right. I recieved a full refund plus a coupon towards my next purchase. Thank you for righting the wrongs.

Generally just buy Steam DRM games, so they plug right into my Steam client, but have bought other non Steam games, EA, Ubisoft and all work just fine.
