I am extremely disappointed with both…
I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and after-sales service I experienced with Dior.
I purchased a light-colored Dior bag in Milan, Italy, expecting the level of craftsmanship and durability associated with a luxury fashion house at this price point. However, after only a few careful and limited uses, serious dark stains and discoloration began appearing on both the handles and body of the bag.
The bag was handled very carefully and was never exposed to unusual conditions, which makes this deterioration completely unacceptable for a luxury product.
I later submitted the bag through the Dior boutique in Dubai mall of emirates , for assessment and repair. The bag remained with Dior for approximately two months, during which we repeatedly tried to communicate with the team and seek a reasonable solution.
Unfortunately, the response we received was extremely disappointing. Dior informed us that we would need to pay for the repair ourselves, despite the fact that this appears to be a clear quality issue. Even more concerning, they explicitly stated there was no guarantee the same problem would not happen again after the repair.
We were also informed that the proposed repair could only improve the issue by around 40%, while significantly altering the original leather texture and appearance of the bag.
What made the situation even more alarming was that staff at the Dubai boutique acknowledged that similar complaints had already been received from multiple customers regarding Dior’s light-colored bags.
If this is a known recurring issue, it is very difficult to understand how Dior continues to sell these products at such premium prices without properly standing behind their quality.
I own products from several other luxury brands and have never experienced this level of deterioration combined with such poor after-sales support.
For a brand positioned at the highest level of luxury, this entire experience has been deeply disappointing and has seriously damaged my trust in Dior

Bought a pair of earings in Dior Milan Galleria last 15 march this year. I have already problem with the lock. I wrote them march 26 and until now still waiting for the answer.
Very bad service! They ignored my defect earings. They didn’t care at all. Very dissappointed.

I placed an order on Sunday morning. I understand weekends and bank holidays are not going to get orders delivered the following day if you place an order before 3pm. I have been waiting 2 days now still no idea when my perfume will be delivered. Am not going to hold my breath if i don’t receive it tomorrow. Customer service is just awful you don’t even get looked after it’s a joke how you get treated spending so much money as well. I will be getting in touch with my bank if i don’t receive my order soon i won’t wait 10 to 15 working days for a refund al get it much quicker from my bank. Not going to be using Dior online ever again am so put off by this it’s stressful not a nice experience getting it delivered when the whole point was stressful free instead it’s been stressful.
Good item, disappointing gift package
The item was good, but the packaging was a little bit disappointing, after two times that I have purchased two separated gifts, one was to assemble because there was a bag and the item outside of it, the other time there was a box without a bow and I had to put it by myself, I was expecting more.

Nice lipstick but hugely overly packaged and all promotional pictures showed 3 lipsticks, as if it were a set of 3, not one. This was misleading.

Alla fine ho capito che hanno bloccato il mio account. L'unica cosa funziona è consulente che rispondo. Il sito in genere molto è lento per caricare.
I tried 5 times to buy a lipstick and the window disappeared every time press confirm the payment after 3 security check. The help center says that they blocked my purchase... T..T So I need to wait 2 days.
Absolutely the site does not live up to its name and so slow and unstable.
The only thing positive was their help desk people who reply quickly.
