I got hit with a free CVS gift text that looks legit .I paid SH 11.97 on the 6th of may .I did receive the item .Than on the 13th of May they billed my debit card 66.97 no explanation receipt nothing .Just Blatant thievery .They will not answer their phone number or call you back

Digimaxhd.com Terms of Service TOS hooks you into paying monthly for membership just because you ordered a "FREE" item. There was no button on any of the order pages to turn down membership. Anyway, the TOS makes no allowance for this option. The Terms of Service goes on for pages, but the extracted text of interest is:
By clicking the Order Now button, I will immediately be charged only $9.99 ($13.98 with warranty) to ship my Digimax HD Sports Cam, which is a welcoming gift for joining the Selected Premier Discount store. I will also be charged $57.97 for my 1st month membership within the next 48 hours, but with the Digimax HD Sports Cam and the $125 Gift Card to the best consumer gadgets club on the web, it is really costing me nothing to become a member! ... That by being a member of the Selected Premier Discount store, I will receive the $125 Gift Card EVERY MONTH and will have access to direct-from-factory savings on hundreds of products! That my credit will be billed $57.97 monthly for my membership. ... BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE WEB SITE, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS TOS.
You will not find digimaxhd.com by just typing in "digimaxhd.com" which will result in 403 Forbidden. The link used by the chain of links is: "https://www." catenated with "digimaxhd.com" catenated with "/limitedoffer/87871111/index.php"
and the checkout is the same but ending in "checkout.php"
These two pages show no notification of recurring membership charges to your credit card nor is there any button authorizing or rejecting such charges. The only declaration is buried in the Terms of Service.
