omg i can't believe how bad this is

omg i can't believe how bad this is. dont use the QR code because they can't figure that out. trying to call for a pick up to be rescheduled is torture. i think the person on the call was just playing music or scrolling instagram instead of helping me. i also had to pay for more cell phone credits just to call here. took many hours of my life to do a basic task.

Probably the worst deliver around

Important thongs bought online. I needed them for work. The e-commerce where I took them was perfect. Order ready in less than a day. Then the odissey begins. Fake delivery attempts, money and time spent calling someone who wasn't able to give answers, chatbot not working, chatting with "experts" who weren't expert at all. Delays. I will try to not use this service anymore in my lifetime

Awaiting collection

Lying collection driver. Spent two days at home waiting for a collection for an amazon return. Two different dates given and on both I was informed that the driver was unable to gain access. Lies. I have a doorbell camera and it wasn't activated. Driver did NOT attend. This is not the first time DHL have lied to me. Poste italiene delivered to me on the same day, the DHL driver could not be bothered! Amazon I trust DHL are lying bustards!

Idk what the hell is wrong with these…

Idk what the hell is wrong with these people. Their new way of working is setting their package as "on delivery by the end of the day" every single day, then the next morning they update tracking.
Ah today is even more special because apparently the package is planned for the end of yesterday, so apparently they are going to travel back in time.

Rude operator + failed delivery

I was home, rearranged my whole day in order to be able to receive my package, but then got an email saying “issue with address”. The issue was that there wasn’t a bell listed and DHL claimed the courier had no way to contact me. THEY HAVE MY PHONE ON THE ORDER. Anyway. I spoke to customer service asking why it had to be rescheduled all the way for Monday and just asking for an explanation as to how that works, because my parcel was expensive and I want it to be with me ASAP. When I made it clear their service was frustrating and abnormal, the operator simply ended the call. Mind you, I am very careful to not be rude in such situations, so it’s not like i was unreasonable. Is that a way to treat a client??? It would be 1 star, but I recognize the initial issue was partially my fault (I refuse to believe they couldn’t call me tho).

Terrible service

Terrible service. I was at home the whole time, but they claimed I wasn’t. I saw their message just five minutes later, and now I have to go pick up my package from a pickup point.

Don't expect any help from DHL Italy

Don't expect any help from DHL Italy. This is the most incompetent shipping business I've ever used. 2 weeks trying to get a box of key rings cleared. ZERO customer service, no one calls, just smart ass emails when you're trying to provide the data. No instructions on what needs to be filled in. USELESS.

In 2025 if they don't find you at home…

In 2025 if they don't find you at home they would leave a written message asking to leave your delivery preferences to a dedicate tel (#199309345) 7/7, 24/24 !!
In reality is a paying chatbot of estreme low quality that end by saying that if you with to indicate a time ...you should call during working hours.

Terrible experience with DHL in VIA…

Terrible experience with DHL in VIA WASHINGTON 55 MILANO ..
The staff who work inside ask for feedback on purpose to have stars on online sites and seem welcoming.
In reality a few years ago I went to send a luxury bag worth 2000 euros and it was stolen from me by their employees.
IN summary they never found the package of the shipment and DHL paid me with 37 euros of the shipping that I had paid because my bag was never found and I had not paid the insurance of the package at the time I delivered it to DHL in Via Washington.
Be careful who works inside, there are thieves...

DHL Express Italy

DHL Express Italy: The couriers don't even actually pass physically at our address if it is a little challenging (mine is in a narrow street in the historical city-centre where cars pass but not big trucks). The courier just marks it down as "delivery not possibile", does not even TRY to deliver !!
ALL OTHER COMPANIES DO MANAGE TO DELIVER !!!

Worst service experience ever received

I recently sent a laptop from Italy to the uk using DHL, paying for insured delivery that was meant to be delivered within 48 hours.
It was then caught in customs for about a week without any communication and then when it arrived it arrived broken.
We then tried to claim on the insurance with DHL and after a fight between dhl uk and dhl Italy we finally received an email saying they weren’t paying anything at all.
So an international courier service that can’t deliver an item on time or undamaged and then won’t pay out even when you pay extra for insurance.
What an entirely useless company.
I will needlessly to say never use them for anything.
Unbelievable.

Quadro sparito

I hired DHL to get a painting from an exhibition. They broke the framing, and now they have my painting and don't even tell me if it is intact or not. I need to deliver to a client and have no answer from them. It's been 2 weeks. Every time I contact them, they say that they will contact me. Nothing . I COULD NOT RECOMMEND LESS this horrible service. Also, I commented on instagram, and they deleted my comment. Terrible service.

DHL in italy

DHL in italy: Terrible service
Terrible service. First, the initial date of deliver was postpone by 5 days. Then, they messed-up my address by including the civic number of my apartment in MY NAME, and then didn't deliver the package because of "wrong/ incomplete address". I changed the delivery option for a pick-up point, for which I received a confirmation email, and the day after they try to deliver at my home again and of course I was not at home since I was not expecting it!!!! This happened 2 TIMES and for the 2 TIMES they sent a confirmation email saying they would delivery at the pickup point the day after, and then went to my house the same. Plus, somehow they managed to understand my address and try to deliver it, so I guess, with a little bit of effort, they could have delivered it the first time. Deporable service, worst thing is that they don't contact you and apparently their website doesn't work because if you change the deliver option as they ask, it gets completely ignored.
