It has eliminated my back stiffness

Disappointing communication

Review is based on my Disappointing communication after purchase
I don’t normally leave reviews this quickly, but the lack of communication has been frustrating.
My chair arrived with visible marks/damage, so I contacted the company two days ago and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement that my email has been received.
I have also only received half of my desk. I was advised it may arrive in two separate deliveries, which is absolutely fine, but I’ve been given no tracking information for the second part, so I currently have no idea if or when it is arriving.
I’ve also spent over an hour waiting on their website chat without speaking to anyone.
I appreciate two days isn’t a huge amount of time for a full resolution, but when someone has paid a significant amount of money and there are issues with two orders, a simple “we’ve received your message and will respond within X days” would make a big difference.
I’ll happily update this review if they get back to me and resolve everything.

Very happy with the products

Love my HomeOne standing desk!
Absolutely love my standing HomeOne desk. I went for muted olive green tabletop and pink legs (which are a warm pink rather than dusty like pictured on the website, but I love it all the same). It was easy to assemble (albeit heavy, making a sturdy product) with clear instructions. Really happy with it, 15 year warranty too which is very comforting if anything goes wrong!

Fantastic quality-the motor is quiet and smooth. The delivery was ahead of the promised date. I cannot speak to the difficulty of assembly because I hired someone to do it- the desk was very large and heavy- I needed help. It looks great! Love it

Love it. Works so nicely and seamlessly. I got the “grey” base which in reality is more silver/metallic. Thats probably splitting hairs but I think its relevant for an accurate color description.

DELIVERY DIFFICULTIES - DESKTRONIC MADE IT RIGHT
After struggling with FedEx being able to deliver the desk to me unbroken (FedEx delivered it twice to me and it was in pieces), Desktronics was able to switch their freight carrier to UPS and the desk was delivered in perfect shape.
The desk itself is fantastic. Definitely the sturdiest standing desk I have tried. Looking forward to better health and posture!
