The ergo pillow is definitely helping with our neck pain only problem is that they feel too high when you are a smaller person. Be great if they came in different size heights otherwise I can certainly recommend this pillow.

I putchased 2 of the Ergo pillows. I even had a salesman each out to me the day after I ordered and let me know that the Ergo pillows could not go into the washing machine and suggested that I purchase the cover, which i did. Wanted to protect my $75 pillows. Fast forward day of delivery I received the regular pillows, which i dont want, and the Ergo covers which I can not use because they sent the WRONG pillows.
Have sent multiple emails to support and they keep getting bounced back because the email is invalid. Finally decided to respond to a sales email , which i am getting 4-5 a DAY, as they finally responded to ask questions and when I replied it -boused back invalid email -FROM AN EMAIL I WAS RESPONDING TO. I have since disputed the charge with my bank.
