Very disapponiting experience, will never use Depotium on Montcalm street in Saint-Hubert ever again and will not recommand it. Very old, dark and cold.

Very reasonable conditions, but very expensive

Staff is friendly, professional and helpful. However, the setup is not optimal, the access to and from the lockers is an issue. Middle door to the loading dock was not functional, making the access to the dock very difficult and unsafe!

Your rate increases are unacceptable. Over 25% in less than a year for 2 years in a row are not marginal increases. There is nothing in your service which justifies these increases. Such increases are a sure sign you wish to lose some of your customers!

Excellent service, clean spaces, easy and reliable access.

Most, if not all of my calls to mystorage office have not been taken or returned, even messages recorded.

With Stephan (before), late fee charged same time with warning email. He thought it's tough, or late fee made him strongman or brought him wealth. Remember, the rent is paid at beginning, not at the end. Be nice, understandings are keys. Wilson does better. Thanks.

They are very professional, helpful and accessible ... I have been with them for many years and am always pleased with their service!

The front-desk staff at the Depotium Mini-Entrepot are very courteous and efficient, and the storage facility itself seems clean and secure. However, the yearly rent increases are quite steep considering that no obvious upgrades to the building or storage services are being made. Were it not for the high monthly rental costs, I would have provided this facility with a 4 or 5 star rating.

Price is being increased every year !!
In 5 years 30 percent increase !!
One day I wanted to put new idems into my locker , it was locked with a big red lock !
They locked it by mistake !!
I had to waste an other day and more expense to deliver my stuff .
They did not even apologize for the mistake !of course they did not rembourse my expense !

Always excellent service. Also the premises are spotless, well lit, and good temperature control.
The actual problem is the access with the construction making the access more difficult than it used to be. Hopefully this will be over soon.
