I already wrote on Facebook and it got deleted. Also I was asked to provide my info and someone would contact me, nobody did. Basically in more or less six years the charge doubled when the inflation rate in Canada is 1.61%!!! WOW!!!! And not to mention the lie of paying per month (when I took my locker I was told it was per month I was paying) when it's actually per 28 days. Let me explain something to you: there's only one month that's 28 days (February) and it's 3 year out or 4!! Meaning it's not even all the time 28 days!! When you pay per month, it means you make 12 payments not 13!!!

Depotium Mini-Entrepot has a very bad business model and it holds my stuff "prisoner" since I have not been in Canada in over 6 years so what can I do?

You better come up with a big excuse letter and amazing deal (price wise) and do like EVERY other compagnie I know that charges monthly... Charge monthly!!! But I have 0 faith in this compagnie... A big ZERO!!!

You should have large recycling box close to Depotium Mini-Entrepôt 2 rue Radisson Candiac.

Yearly increases are becoming an issue!

Facility is fine however, I'm just getting really tired of the constant rental rate increases each year. This increase should be for new renters and not existing ones. You mention that these increases are moderate but I completely disagree. Moderate is a $2 increase not $13!!! I've had to fight each increase and now I'm being told this will be the final agreement to reduce. If I didn't fight it each time I would have jumped from $74 to $107/mth over 3 years. On top of the fact that the first increase occurred only 3 months after signing! That's would have been a $33 jump!! How do you validate that?? Right now I'm at $92.50 + $10 insurance.

Either way, I hope you take this into consideration as your increases are excessive! If not, I'll have to look to more reasonable storage Companies.

I have always been satisfied with the service here. If I have had a concern it was always treated right away and with kindness and respect.

They are increasing their price again by another 7$!! Unbelievable!!!
And they never looked into my situation and got back to me as written in their comment in February.

I was given the wrong contract and information by the call center. Which made my move into the storage very chaotic. Although, the workers at the physical location were really helpful and fixed the mistakes if not my move would have been impossible.

Also, I am very disappointed that I have only my things stored for a few months and they have increased the price by 8-9$ a month. That's a huge difference. I really choose the storage for it's price, but not that they have increased so much. I would say it was not worth all the trouble.

An excellent experience although we still find mini-storage a little too expensive, we have to say, service from all the staff at Depotium Mini-Storage in Baie D'urfe on the West Island was excellent from start to finish. Would we recommend to our friends and family? Most certainly.

We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service from day #1! Oh and did I mention the loaner truck should you need it!

Well maintained place although sometimes a little hard to find a place to park.

Good service; secure and easy access to storing box. Will keep it as long as I can afford it.

Never had any issues with this locker rental location

Its very convienent. And the staffs are very helpful. Has trolls and tools to help you move your stuff in. The price is fair. Very safe.

Great option for storage where heated space is not an issue. Christian is very friendly and always greeted me by name, made me feel welcome, always provided great service whatever was needed. Space was always clean, access was easy.
My only complaint came at the very end as I had paid for 16 weeks in advance but vacated the space with almost 6 weeks remaining and no refund was allowed.

Good clean place, heated and ventilated boxes are quite perfect. The people working in the storing building are very polite and quite helpful when you have questions.

Reliable, safe, pragmatic, no hassle.

I chose Depotium as they seemed to be offering a good deal though with recent cost increases I am considering moving out. Also, the late payment terms are somewhat severe.

The only négative is the connexion to UPS was at USA, so not possible to follow parcel delivery

Kept our trailer there last summer. No issues at all.
