Increase rent not acceptabe
The storage unit are very cleaned and location is great. I am still occupying the storage unit for the last two years; however I am not to pleased with an increase of 12.00 every nine months for a 5 x 11 unit. The rates should be much lower.

Clean installations, courteous employees, easy access trough the 25th avenue and close to 2 highway (13/640) so well located.

It was very good last years 2017 and the year before that very good service and help and ok price, now and the past year, no person present and two price augmentation without Improvement and justification and very poor heating, that not justify the price level, very very desapointed and probably move and found another place over the summer if nothing change.

Cant stand the bill is due every 28 days so the billing date keeps changing. Makes it hard to keep ahead of the bill especially when you only get paid once a month and that is on the first of the month. Then rack up late fees and you get farther behindevery month. Why not just make the bill due the first of every month or are you afraid of losing all that extra cash each month on late fees.

Very clean and well organized location.
Good staff, and Michel is a very efficient Manager !
If ever I need a storage space, I will definitely return to this branch like I told many of my friends and relative ! I even recommended the location to a company that would need a long term space !

Good selection of storage spaces. Well lit and heated/cooled as per season. Clean and no odors.
Staff exceptionally friendly, as you want., otherwise very courteous and efficient.
Locale easy to access and exit onto freeway.
