Very Unprofessional Admission Process and Extremely Disappointing Refund Policy
Very disappointing experience with Dehradun Military Academy. From the beginning, the communication from their HR/admissions team was highly unprofessional and unclear. Proper and precise information was never provided despite repeated questions. Every conversation felt more focused on collecting money than genuinely guiding parents and students.
The most disturbing part is that we had not even finalized admission for our son, nor had we visited the campus physically, because we were still not convinced about the institution and wanted more clarity before making such an important decision. We clearly informed them that we may consider admission later after proper evaluation. However, despite this, they are refusing to refund the amount.
This creates a very negative impression and raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. Parents expect educational institutions to be supportive, informative, and student-focused — not aggressive about payments.
The overall experience felt more like a business transaction rather than dealing with a reputed educational academy. I would strongly advise parents to gather complete written information, visit the campus personally, and clarify refund policies in detail before making any payment. I also didn't find the selection process appropriate.
