Ordered my sneakers online… took about a week and change to receive but they arrived as promised and are great! Comfortable and great for long walks and just being on my feet for long periods of time! They didn’t even really need any breaking in! They are very stylish as well… Love them!

I am very happy with the shoes and wear them every day! I was disappointed with how long it took to get the shoes. The tracking information was not very helpful either, likely because the shoes were not in the United States for quite some time. I got an update on the tracking the day they arrived.

I love these shoes. I want more. I was hesitant at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to try. At work, I go down the stairs slowly and carefully because my knees hurt, the arches of my feet hurt. After wearing these, I was practically jogging down the stairs with no pain. Amazing!

Issa is has been helpful. Would love a stronger tread on the sole - they are slippery on many surfaces.

I ordered 2 pairs of the 2.0 shoes, and I love them! I have chronic foot and back pain, and neither my feet or my back hurt at the end of the day after wearing these shoes. I’m so impressed with the quality and the comfort is top notch!

Since I wrote the review below, I received an email saying they need more information or my review might be taken off line. Really? How much more info can I give you?

If 0 Stars were an option, that's what they'd get. They sent me the wrong size and when I asked what my options were to get the right size, they claimed that their sizing guide had changed and so technically I got the size I ordered and they claim they sent an email saying this after I made my purchase. First, never received any email, and second, what good is this knowledge after I placed an order? If a shoe says U.S 10, that's what should arrive, not U. S. 9.5. The shoes are too tight, cheaply made plastic with plastic pieces hanging off the design (not intentionally). When I asked about a return they claimed it will be on my dime and could cost upwards of $50 because they are going to China. But they COULD offer me a 70% discount on my next purchase. Total scam company! Run away, do not walk, if you're ever tempted by the fake ads all over social media!

Scam, impossible return to China. It will cost yiu more to return then yiu paid for shoes. The offer was 10 % back to keep shoes . Lost the money and the shoes are garbage.

Shipping time was not too long. The 2.0 version is more comfortable than the old one. The only concern that seemed a little odd was that on one pair, the size was in the shoe, 6.5, and on the other pair, it was underneath, as European style 36. Great colors!

I love these shoes, I have bought 3 pairs in the past 6 months. They are so comfortable and stylish which is a hard combination to find.

The ordering process was seamless. The shoes are super cute and comfy. I got so many compliments the first day I wore them. People thought they were expensive designer shoes.

Shoes arrived when expected. I have no idea what gel footbed they are talking about bec the shoes, while roomy in the toe box, are rather uncomfortable on the bottom of your foot. Not cushy at all. I seriously considered returning them before wearing them due to the political message included in the packaging. They shipped them in a plastic mailing envelope (like a FedEx soft envelope) and wanted to blame the lack of a box on Trump's tariffs. Seriously? The soft packaging was fine, probably cost less, no problem. But apparently a box would have been included if only we had non-reciprocal tariffs. What happened to the gel footbed advertised?

Ordering online was easy, delivery was fast and the shoes are so stylish and SO comfortable!

I ordered a size US 11 and they sent me a size US 10 1/2. I told them I ordered an 11 but they said: "Your order was placed for size {11}, which, according to our size guide, corresponds to a shoe length of {10.7 inches}. We’ve recently updated our size labeling, and that same {10.7-inch} length is now labeled as size 10.5."
In the end, their customer service was very good and they sent me the US size 11 that I originally ordered. They're long enough and have a roomy toe box.
