DCU: Great for auto loans and all other banking services

Recently completed an auto loan through DCU and the whole process was quick and easy. I did have to speak with a representative (Renuka) on the phone, but they were clear, helpful, and resolved everything quickly. I've been a DCU member for 25 years now (!!) and will continue using them for all of my banking. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Excellent customer service

Absolutely had a great experience with ERICA C. she went above and beyond. Excellent customer service on her end. Helped with every question I had and even set me up with a new debit card! Can’t recommend her or DCU more!
