Heidi Deluco is the bomb. She has helped us in so many ways to navigate the loan systems

Documents as a company I would give one star for the way they run their banking business in such an unconventional way compared tot he competition. After multiple emails and phone calls I finally reached a customer service person named Crystal N. Provided great customer service and is a credit to DCU. In fsct she is too good for DCU. I shared my frustrations with her explaining how a Mortgage payment was botched and not applied to my account. She told me that she would do her best to get this straightened out today after I struggled for over two weeks to get the issues resolved. After an hour of staying on the line Crystal finally reached a contact in the Mortgage Dept. named Suchi. Suchi was totally on her game as well and assured me the correction was made and followed up with an email confirmation. So the 5 star rating totally applies to these two superstar customer service reps. As for DCU as a reliable place to do banking, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Or as one of the DCU reps I spoke with a week earlier told me, Just wait a year until the bank merger goes through and it will be much easier to do business with DCU. I’m not going to hold my breath. But once again, massive Kudos to Crystal N. And Suchi! Great job ladies satisfying the customer given the dumpster fire that DCU is going through.

She made it understandable she was very nice and easy to talk to and had personality

Jada was professional and she showed that she knew her product the Bank product of course, and I found her to be empathetic in my situation with my finances being very limited

I have been Member of DCU for past 3 and half yr.
Today I connected for auto refinance and representative helped me with connecting to Right person and within 15 min my Refinance was finalized and done.
