Shwana was very helpful and…

Shwana was very helpful and knowledgeable about my request. I needed a physical statement mailed to my new address , which she promptly put in a request for instead of me having to go to the app to toggle my paperless preferences. Very quick service! Thank you DCU!

The member services rep, Chris, was very helpful. He was able to answer my questions clearly and thoroughly and take steps to resolve my issue.

Kerry was truly a blessing she was so…

Kerry was truly a blessing she was so sweet and so kind and also very patient she took her time stay with me on the phone until everything was finalized. I don’t usually give feedback after my calls but I had to do this for her because I want others to know and knowledge her for her kindness she show. Kerry I say thank you again for your hard work people like you are hard to find.
