I've been a member for a while

I've been a member for a while, did all of the sign up on line and it was straight forward. In a couple occasions I called and the service was great. Last week I set up an appointment at the Andover MA branch to see if there was options for an issue I was having with my other financial institution. Melissa helped me look at the different options they offered and made the process a breeze, she did everything for me, explaining every step. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Melissa!
