Wrong product delivered - Botslab G980H instead of G980H Pro versionb

The seller (dashcameras) sent Botslab G980H instead of the ordered G980H Pro version I paid. Despite repeated clarifications and requests for replacement, the seller defends the version sent is a Pro version.
I sent the camera settings image where it is clearly indicated it is G980H + pakaging with front and back images showing it is regular G980H version. The seller (dashcameras) continues to deny by stating Botslab has made an error in packaging and not updating their system. So the camera system details, packaging of the company is all wrong and only the seller is right!!! They could have simply replaced (and if they dont have the Pro version), just refunded instead of blatant lying. What is evident is that G980H version is also an update from their previous version. But selling this G980H updated version as G980HPro version is mis-selling and utterly misleading.

The international website of Botslab clearly states the differences for Pro version with the regular version which I also sent by email (difference between the two is 30% - so be ready to be charged more and get a lower version by this seller misselling as Pro version). Their invoice says it is a Pro version, and when asked for revised invoice matching what they sent G980H, they havent replied in over 10 days. I had planned to buy Viofo 229 on the same platform which is nearly 40000/-and changed my mind after this experience to buy from such sellers. Pathetic service and wouldnt recommend buying cameras from this seller. I have all the documents (emails/images) if needed to validate the above.

Good design except moving left and…

Good design except moving left and right is not possible

Wi-Fi CarPlay and BOTSCam cannot be used simultaneously as both use Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi connection to botscam was not direct I had to toggle between 5g and 2g then connection was successful

AI features could have been better
“Pedestrian in visionity” often heard after bypassing the person, line crossing seems not working
