I am very impressed with the company and their mini dishwasher, Bob. It fits incredibly well in our kitchen and takes up little space on the counter. It was easy to install and works very well. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a counter top dishwasher.

Very happy with the product but also the whole process. Easy to order, fast delivery, machine set up simple, so all good here.

I love my Bob and despite there being a bit of trouble with the transport, it was quickly fixed :)

In may of this year, I bought a BOB dishwasher.
Already in July, it started making a strange noise and wasn’t draining the water after washing.
This resulted in water all over my kitchen counter.
I have been in contact with their customer service, which is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company's customer service.
No matter what time of day I tried to call them, the line was either busy and the call just dropped, or I got an answering machine asking me to call back, or another voicemail where I could leave a message.
However, they never call back.
The waiting time to get a response to my written inquiries has been at least a week, and each time it was from a new person who hadn’t familiarized themselves with the case, repeating suggestions and instructions that had already been discussed and hadn’t helped me get the dishwasher working.
I consider the way I’ve been treated as a customer to be disrespectful and completely unacceptable.
I therefore discourage others from buying a BOB dishwasher from this company.
At the very least, one should be aware that you cannot expect to receive the necessary customer service and guidance if something goes wrong with the dishwasher.

When BOB works, it’s a decent dishwasher just remember to rinse your dishes thoroughly before using it.

I love the design and it was easy and quick to set up. I think it is a brilliant and efficient little dishwasher. It is perfect for a small kitchen. I love it ! I would like the company to design and make a small washing machine 🤞would recommend 10/10

everything has gone as it should. easy to order on the website, the delivery has gone well and Bob works as it should.

Happy about the product, and the delivery. Unfortunately some of the purchase-flow and communication was in french, eventhough the rest was in Danish. This made the experience a bit less confident, since I don't speak french.

Fantastic machine, for the person who hates doing the dishes.

I’ve just bought the bop, which have been a wonderful experience. my box was well battered when I received it in the mail. The Styrofoam was shattered, but the bob didn’t take any damage or anything alike. I’m a bit of a lazy person, so I find it wondrous that having a dishwasher in this size fits into my kitchen and fill the needs I have for a dishwasher. I’ve been looking at the market for the last two years and finally decided to buy a bob. Every part of the experience has been well informed and the company has been really nice to write every step of the way what they were doing and what were happening.

The product works as expected and is in general very nice! The only complaint I have is the lack of information regarding shipping, as I would later find out, the company only ships two times a week, through a subpar email response. I ordered my unit on a monday evening and it only shipped friday evening. That is a lot of wait for no reason considering most shipping do operate monday to friday and once you order a product, you want it as fast as possible. At least consider adding a timer to the website letting the user know when the next "batch" is going to get shipped.

My wife and I have wanted a Bob for a long time. We were fortunate to receive one as a wedding gift. Bob is super smart and works really well, but the automatic door opening has never worked. We contacted their support and received a prompt response, although not a satisfactory one. They apologized for the issue and sent us a YouTube video instructing us to dismantle the entire machine and rearrange a wire. We neither have the time nor the tools for such a self-repair. We are pleased with the product itself but very dissatisfied with the service.

Dishwasher arrived with scratches on outside and interior. The dishwasher was also soaked on arrival; the cardboard of the parcel itself was also damaged by the water.

Daan Tech takes no responsibility for the scratches as it is “recycled plastic”, though it is clear that the scratches are a result of mishandling of the product, NOT a result of recycled material. The parcel was shipped with lose items inside the dishwasher which has caused the scratches on the inside. The empty space should have been fooled with paper or bags of air.

Daan Tech also states that it is “normal with traces of water” since they test the product before shipping, BUT cardboard of parcels should never get in contact with water as it weakens the parcel’s strength and potentially this could result in the parcel breaking through shipping destroying the product. It is very worrying that a company states this obvious issue as “normal”, and it’s very ignorant.

I am happy for the product, but the service is terrible as they do not take accountability for cosmetic damages and careless handling. Daan Tech’s final reply “Bob arrived in the condition in which it was sent” that is true but it shows that their quality procedure is inadequate. I am sure they will deny this statement, which further shows that their standards of service and quality are low.

I am very satisfied with my Bob, it’s easy to handle and the washer results in clean dishes every time👍😃

Bob is the greatest mini dishwasher and after washing everything by hand for 6 years, he has made my life so much easier

My machine arrived with a faulty display. Though I have contacted tech service, the issue still hasn't been resolved.

I received the dishwasher and it was broken. The box the dishwasher was in was a simple carton box, so I'm not surprise that the dishwasher is broken. Now I have to send it back and pay for it. Lesson learn: do not order french fancy things on-line!
