Excellent follow-up by 'phone. Necessary because it was more difficult online to select the right toners. I searched by printer model and ended up ordering the wrong ones. This was sorted out on the telephone conversation - so full marks there.

Helpful staff, and really good service!
I bought some fluo paper i needed for a project, Miss Moira, the store manager, was lovely and helped me through out my order. I wanted to return part of my order and replace it with another product i preferred more. The return and replacement went really smooth with the help of Miss Moira and I'm more than satisfied. I definitely recommend this company, and will be ordering again soon.
