Stay away from this scam casino. You wont win, 100%.. and when you have lost everything and you get your (Cashback), you wont get a fraction of what you are supposed to get back. I was lvl 3 out of 5 and it said clearly on their site that lvl 3 was 100$ to 999$… i got 18$. Also their support is super rude, that alone is very un-professional and a clear sign that this casino, is a RED FLAG.

First let me assure you that the $18 weekly cashback bonus was calculated properly, representing 5% of your previous week's net loss (where level 3 corresponds with a 5% cashback on your deposits within certain deposit range, not casback in amount of $xxx), just as our promo page focused on Cashback bonuses explains.
Then let me conclude with a known fact that not ending up with a win doesn't make any casino a scam, since all casino games are programmed with <100% payback (or RTP, aka return-to-player ratio). You could have massively improved your experience by claiming a welcome bonus, which you sadly either missed or decided not to pursue. Pity!
