Initially

Initially, I noticed I hadn't received an email confirmation for my purchase of two fans intended for the recent heatwave. After waiting two weeks with no delivery, I attempted to track down my order. Without a phone number available on their website, I worried it might be a fraudulent site. I raised my concern about my order and its delivery status through the website's chat bot, but it went unanswered. My follow-up email also received no response. After sending a more assertive email, I finally got a reply explaining there was a delay due to supply issues, and they would ship the fans once restocked. Altogether, it's a rather unpredictable company, and I would hesitate to shop there again.

Not recommended at all

First of all, I didn't receive an email confirmation of my order for two fans, ordered for the last heatwave. Order still hasn't been delivered after two weeks so I tried to find out where it was. There is no phone number on the website and I started to fear it was a scam site. I then raised my query about order number and delivery using the chat bot on the website. My query was left unanswered. I then emailed, which was also left unanswered. I then sent a stronger email and finally got a reply simply stating that there was a supply issue with the products I ordered and would send them once they were available. Overall, a very unreliable company to use and I wouldn't use them again.

bought a present for birthday for my son

bought a present for birthday for my son,also a few items for myself ,400 pounds odd order ,all successfully ordered ,weeks went past with no dispatch or even communication , when pushing things i was able to get told the items were not in stock as there were issues .
this went on with me having to constantly seek help and advice on my order ,which i did get to be fair when i chased it up but not what i would call good service .eventually got most but not all of my order in 27th march having ordered the first week in january , a nightmare i would say and will never endure again.

Unfortunately, there were unexpected supply issues from Karcher’s end that were beyond our control, which impacted the availability and dispatch of your items. However, we completely understand that this doesn't lessen the inconvenience caused.

Order a wet vac Hoover 3 weeks website said 5-7 days still awaiting , was told it was due in last week I would get dispatch email soon never did and still have not gotten item, if wasn’t in stock should said on website

The delay with your wet vac is due to ongoing supply issues from Karcher, which are unfortunately out of our control. We completely understand how disappointing it is to be left waiting, especially when the original lead time was 5–7 days.

I ordered a karcher part bad service bad company

I ordered a karcher part they said they have ran out of stock and would have to wait so I have waited over 2 weeks so I sent them several emails asking for a refund but they haven’t replied but they are still holding my money so buyers beware terrible customer service I say STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 😡
