Trying to obtain a particular sweatshirt in a certain size that was not available to me, was obtained by a lovely lady D (Doris) from Bourne End Shop. She went above & beyond & sourced the required item from Scotland. It was in her shop for collection within a few days. Great service.

I would just like to express how helpful Angela (and another lady who's name I sadly didn't get) was at your Bourne End store today. I love Cotton Traders as the quality is always nice and true fit sizing but your staff make it an even more amazing experience. One of the items I wanted was out of stock in my size but Angela ordered it for me and arranged to have it sent to my home address. Super helpful and really nice.

Quality clothing at reasonable prices
Cotton Traders are reliable for quality clothing and constantly update their styles to remain on trend. Delivery is quick and efficient. Placed order for click and collect and never informed it had arrived , no tracking available. Phoned HO told to ring store and was told it had been in store for a week . No one phoned or emailed to inform me, not happy with service
