Same happened to me as others so it appears. It’s a Scam clothing seller. I Ordered a pair of what looked like rugged cargo shorts only to receive a pair of polyester shorts that are kid size around the waist and adult size in the legs - pure garbage. Do not buy anything from this site.

Worst company ever! They ship product from China, so it takes weeks to arrive. Then, if you want to return or refund the item, they say they will only refund you after you pay the freight to ship the item back to China. Total ripoff!!
I purchased 2 pairs of men's cargo shorts for $54 each (on sale). The photo of the shorts on the website looked like very good heavy duty cotton material. The product that I received was light weight polyester with a stamped on "label". The shorts were not remotely close to the website photo and description. Comparing the website to what I received was blatant fraud. I contacted the company who offered a 10% refund, then a 20% refund, then a 30% refund and finally a 40% refund. The only way to get a full refund was to pay for shipping back to China which was not an acceptable solution given that the company was 100% at fault for fraudulent advertising. The website made the company look as if it was US based. It wasn't until I started tracking the package that I realized the product was being shipped from China. The company itself is based in the Netherlands. Also, the Cooper and Hayes website does not have product reviews and no way to write a public review. I would never purchase anything from Cooper and Hayes again.
This shop is a scam. Totally misleading ads. Products never arrived. Tracking didn’t work. Emails never answered. Another Chinese ripoff.
The men's clothing that arrived included items I didn't order and sizes that didn't fit. The quality was horrible and forget about trying to return items. I've wasted more time trying to get the items returned then it's worth. Avoid this company completely!!!
