The company is legitimate, but slow to deliver
The company is legitimate, and you will eventually get your contacts.
I am disappointed that when you order and pay for an order in a rush, that despite paying for it to be delivered quickly, their delivery is insanely slow. Don't bother paying the premium for quick. This has happened to me twice now (both orders).
The order process is a little awkward, where you may need to research some terminology to match your prescription to what your doctor prescribed, but it's not terrible.
Prices are a little higher than some competing web sites, but maybe less than getting them directly from your doctor. I just bought from 1800 contacts a second time out of convenience, but probably will try their competitors next time since they are so slow.
Note to business owner: Here is a suggestion for improvement: Let me email you my prescription, and you just deliver it. Make it simple so I don't have to decipher terminology I am unfamiliar with. If you say, "Next day delivery" or whatever, follow up on that so your customers don't feel cheated, and/or refund shipping if you can't comply. Try to keep your prices more competitive. If you did those things, you would keep my business. As it is, this was not really better than paying the small extra premium for my eye Dr to just do it all for me.
